The breakfast was good, plenty of variety and served hot. The star of the show was the staff, from check in to check out everyone was approachable and helpful. There were plenty of local spots within a few miles to eat and even a Publix grocery store. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Drain was stopped up with very visible hair in the bathtub. Ac filter seemed stoped up making the room noticeably humid , 2 of the pillows didn’t have pillow cases with yellow stains on them. I had to check out and find other accommodations.

As a Gold Elite member, a late checkout is never an issue unless the hotel is genuinely sold out. I requested one and was met with attitude, zero professionalism, and an outright lie. The front desk agent told me “no late checkout, we’re fully booked” — yet multiple rooms were available online in real time. She doubled down by calling my room ten minutes later just to restate her point, which made it even worse. Not to mention later that morning they opened the door at 11:15 am and asked if we could leave early. On top of the terrible customer service, the room itself was nothing special. Outdated, bland, and not worth the headache that came with dealing with the staff. Do yourself a favor: stay somewhere else. There are plenty of hotels that actually appreciate loyal members and know how to treat guests with basic respect.
