  I've had several Holiday Inn Express over the past years. By far this was the best because of the front desk staff. Notedly by the young lady named Kia. This was my second time day staying when she was on shift. Very friendly, professional, pleasant, and helpful with a friendly smile. I own a business myself and by just the short time spent at the hotel with her working here I'd hire her on my staff. She's definitely a keeper. Thank you so much Kia!

  Thieves Liars had reservation paid for in advance upon trying to check in we’re told ro was not paid for and we were required to pay for room again plus $150.00 for incidentals we refused and were denied a room after showing proof of payment Corporate states we never showed up and they keeping our money We were factually on lobby for 30 minutes on phone with corporate Bette we walked out in disgust Wr have now disputed the charge as well as filed a theft report Sadest part is not once did we here Sorri and how can we make this right??! I will never stay at a Holiday Inn or its partners again !!!!

  While the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, several issues during my stay fell below IHG standards. The room had a loud AC, lukewarm shower water that never got hot, a broken soap/shampoo dispenser left on the shower floor, and a loose fridge seal. A small roach was also seen near the microwave, and housekeeping failed to replace the shower mat on Saturday. Breakfast service was disappointing. Although breakfast was advertised to start early, on Saturday only eggs were ready by 7:30 a.m., and the juice machine wasn’t working. In contrast, Sunday’s breakfast was fully stocked, showing Saturday’s limited options were not typical. I booked this hotel so my son could rest well and have a full breakfast before his sports tournament, but the maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and breakfast service failure made for a poor experience. I have photos and a video of the issues and respectfully request a refund for this stay.

  I wanted to give a special thanks to TIERRAH❤️ I checked in last night. My wife and I were so tired and such a rough day. I have stage 4 colon cancer and I’m currently doing treatment here. We passed by the Holiday Inn express, ( typically great place to stay) really expensive. I spoke with TIERRAH when when booking. Such a wonder bubbly personality and over all down to earth caring individual who’s in touch with reality. I was told the prices and almost walked out , however I did not because her service was impeccable. My wife and I decide to book for 3 nights. Overpriced but I felt cares about and especially in my situation with my help I’m uncomfortable . We went to bed and woke up sick, the room smelled like mold, it was wet and yucky and did not notice the night before because we were tired. The soap dispenser were broken, ac didn’t work and we both felt nauseous and sick. We went out and came back and that’s when we really noticed. We brought this to Tierrah, and she did not hesitate to compensate by changing the room. I’m going thru a rough time and that room are it worse. To add to it, the carpet had nails sticking out and frieze was in rough shape. Yet again Tierrah, made us feel welcome. I hope you acknowledge her. I would not have stayed if it wasn’t for who she is. My wife and I are greatful. I feel I should receive a night for free as the first day was possibly the worst ever. Thank you again for such compassion and great service. You are the face of this location and I thank you!

It’s rare to encounter someone who not only handles their job flawlessly but also does it with such contagious enthusiasm and charm. Tierrah went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. She greeted me with a bright smile, checked me in swiftly, and took the time to explain the amenities and nearby attractions with a level of detail that showed true hospitality. What impressed me most was how effortlessly she balanced professionalism with personality — she made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another check-in.
