- ASAgape ShakurApr 26, 20264.0This hotel is really beautiful. I really wish I had more time to take pics and explore, but I was there because of work so a lot of late nights early mornings for me. I appreciate the accommodation they were able to complete during check in. Although the initial process was a bit rocky. Things eventually smoothed out and worked out. Deandre has a very strong, vibrant personality. It's apparent that he's good at his job and enjoys it. I appreciate his help during process. They have quite the breakfast availability. Really loved that. The only problem I had with breakfast is the start time. Breakfast is from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, and if I'm being frank 7:30 is a late start time. Especially if you are trying to be on the road at like 8:30 or 9am and you have a family to get ready. Outside of that the amenities are great, really wish I could enjoy them more. What stood out most to me was the response and safety steps the staff took when my two year left the room without us knowing. I appreciate the promptness, the care and attention to get my son back to us quickly and safe. Overall would definitely visit again when it's leisure and I'm in the area.

Being top tier of the IHG loyalty program means nothing as well. I definitely lost all respect for this hotel, I am changing hotel immediately and will definitely never book at this hotel again. For anyone planning on staying long term I recommend you find another hotel that cares about its customers.

After staying here please don’t worry about the reviews I can’t take what expedience others had there but mine was very good. The building is an older building but the staff was amazing and I enjoyed my stay breakfast was great I will definitely be back.
