    Whomever is working the front desk today 11/17/25 at 10am is lazy. I needed help adding a day to my reservation. The app would not let me book it. I called directly to the hotel for assistance and the person who answered informed me "you will have to book it separately". I tried to do that while she was on the phone, because I could not do it in the app, and explained the problem. I was even having problems finding the correct hotel to book a separate date. Her response was she could not help me because I booked a military rate. I had to do it myself. I could call her back when I have it figured out!!!!!! UMMM Isn't customer service supposed to be helpful? I needed help, that's why I called. The book button was grayed out when I tried to do it. I wasn't sure if I should edit my existing reservation or book an extra day and go through the hassle of moving rooms? I tried to add an extra day and it would not let me book it. CLEARLY I was having trouble. I figure every time I call today, I'm going to get this same lazy person, so maybe a google review will get someone to explain to her how a job works. She is very rude. It really isn't that difficult to assist someone in booking an extra day. EVEN IF I have to do it myself, I needed guidance as to why I was having so many problems. I should not have to type any of this mess. I'll update the review after we have completed our stay.

    I’ve been working in the area and I needed a place to stay for a night on short notice. I called up the hotel and was greeted by Jacob. What a kind hearted fellow that guy was. He got me all settled in and when I actually checked in, he was such a pleasure to talk to. He had great knowledge of the area, and gave me spots to go eat. Thank you Jacob.

    DANIELLE Has been absolutely amazing this entire stay. She very helpful and always has a positive attitude. Jackie and Shavonne are both very pleasant and tentative. Room was bigger than expected and clean. This is going in my top 3 best suites

    Hotel very nice clean and convenient to restaurants and shops Breakfast was good Stacy who works the breakfast area was amazing !! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed They are lucky to have her plus Danielle at front desk was super helpful as well

    We’ve stayed here several times as it is convenient to SEU. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Stacy, the staff member who helps with the continental breakfast, goes above and beyond. She keeps everything in stock, cleaned up and does it all with a smile on her face. The rooms are clean and great for families. The price is a little high as we just paid the same amount for a room in a Hilton in downtown Miami (but I guess that only accommodated 4 vs 6). We already have reservations to come back this month.
