- THTim HuntJan 3, 20265.0This place is the best place to stay great breakfast. if your looking for a home away from home nice hangout area outside with a fire pit rooms are very roomy with a full fridge staff was very nice and helpful there was a big pop-up market on Sunday that was really nice not sure if this was a one time thing or not. But had a great experience only critique i would have is the coffee here is very weak.
- TMT MDec 30, 20254.0Room was nice and clean. They allowed an early Check In around 1 pm. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was nice for being free. Get the times for breakfast at the front desk when checking in because there is no signage for it on the website or in our room that we saw. Lady employee who was in charge of the breakfast area could use trainings on courtesy or maybe just needs a vacation or another area to work in - lol. She reminded me of the “soup Nazi” from the Seinfeld episode in her instructions and communication during breakfast to everyone. Just wait you will see what I am talking about. 😎 Other than that, it was great.

It’s in a great location within the Lakeside Village shopping plaza which includes restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet and the staff is friendly. We appreciate that the hotel is dog friendly. My only gripe is the daily parking fee of $4.77 that we incurred during our most recent stay. The hotel is located within the grounds of a shopping plaza and we park in the plaza parking lot. I understand charging a fee if this was a stand alone hotel with its own parking lot but since it isn’t, and the parking is shared with another hotel and the plaza, I feel that the fee is unnecessary. Overall we enjoy this hotel and will continue to stay at it whenever we visit Lakeland.
- LBLana BallettiDec 7, 20255.0We had an amazing stay Ms Washington and Stacey and all employees we encountered were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean and breakfast had lots of options. The outdoor covered patio with gas fire pit was perfect for early morning chill in the air.
