  Cofy bed. Yummy free breakfast!! I liked the yorgert & oatmeal.My favorite was the spinach tart but it's not always there.

  Please be advised when staying at this particular Hilton. It is a franchise property. The staff falsely accused me of damaging an item that I notified the front desk staff of. Not to mention, I asked to transfer rooms because of damage in a room that was deemed clean and available. Ryan and Nathan (managers) are both liars who gave contradicting statements to my financial institution. I was granted a chargeback due to Nathan's contradicting statements. Please document everything and take pictures from the time you arrive, to save yourself the hassle that I endured during my stay. Get everything in writing. Yes, it's a newer property that is already showing decline and lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Bad business practices. Per Google Review, it's no time limit to review a business.

  This is a new hotel. The hotel, rooms, hallways and the parking areas are very clean. The suites are very spacious. It offers an appropriate size kitchenette and the bathroom is definitely adequately sized. This hotel is located close to the main interstate, restaurants and shopping. The only issue that made this stay disappointing solely relates to the manner in which the front desk clerk acted. When we entered this hotel, there was no one at the front desk. A young lady walked up, after obviously visiting the cookie bar, and logged into the computer. While chewing her cookie, she never looked up nor did she acknowledge our presence until we said something. During check in, she never made eye contact and while discussing check in of our rooms, instead of her answering the questions from the person asking the questions, she talked to the other party in our group. While it is understood that people have good and bad days, when serving in a role that represents the company image, the employee should always be aware of how they come across in an effort to avoid having public feedback such as this one. The hotel is very nice and it is a great place to stay, however, it will never be one I would select again given this experience.

  Absolutely Wonderfull! The hotel is fresh, clean, and pretty. The location is excellent as it's in a shopping area, so anything you may need is right around the corner. The area is not too far from major parks which is great if you want to be close without outrageous prices and away from huge crowds. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! The breakfast is slightly different each day so always tasting fresh. The lounge area is excellent to just sit an relax for a moment,. And can't forget the coffee! My wife will literally find any reason to head down to grab a cup of coffee. It was too cold during our visit to enjoy the pool, however the pool area did look nice, I imagine kids would have a great time.
