The buffet for breakfast had a wide variety, fresh and staff were working hard to keep it clean while people came and went. The pool was really fun for my kids. Perfect depth. Clean, lots of seating for parents. Highly recommend staying here with family or for business!

Was informed by front desk that bicycles are not allowed in the room otherwise there is a $250 up charge. This information was not disclosed at the time of booking, I am also a rewards member and I have never had any issues bringing my bicycle to the room on my multiple stays at Holiday Inn properties.... I offered to carry the bike to my room but it was denied .... I don't even mind that they have rules like this, it would have been nice to know this in advance and an option provided PRIOR to me showing up and having to scramble to get another hotel room somewhere else after traveling all day... The solution offered is a bike rack outside which is unacceptable since this is a fairly expensive bicycle.... The property looked nice and well kept... Just really upset about the lack of communication and the frustration of finding a place to sleep when I did everything right on my part...

I guess I understand but a broken toilet is not great! I also could hear my neighbor snoring all night. I personally have never had that happen before so tgat was lovely.
