I travelled from the other side of the country and they wouldn’t allow check-in until 3 pm, even though there were many rooms available. No option for an early check-in fee, no flexibility, and worst of all rudeness that was uncalled for. Wagged her finger in my face and said she had 7 years experience, as if they had anything to do with anything. And for the record, no one was rude or impolite to her at all. I know we all have bad days but this must have been her worst. Will not book again.
