Trashbag was full and laid out on the floor as soon as we walked in the room. Dirty towels and bedsheets. I went to front desk and told them, they gave us a new room upstairs that was clean. The new room had no hand soap in the bathroom, but was decent enough. I personally wouldnt stay at another Hilton again, bad impression since I had just proposed to my Fiancee that same night. So to have those troubles when we checked in was unacceptable. Also, their vending machines wouldnt work, wouldn't take my card or cash. They had a free decent breakfast though.
