    Great service, nice hotel and clean. The only thing I could mention is that if you are a light sleeper, you will most likely get woken up by the sound of trains which don't seem to be far away. Also, depending on your preference, the beds a very hard and very high off the floor. Overall a good stay. We were here just one night

    Was here for a few days and the employee John the one that prepares the food. Was amazing super customer service ! Thank you for being so kind. Paid attention to detail and kept things nice and neat !

    NO Breakfast allowed in the rooms and this was not clearly disclosed in the reservation process. They removed our personal belongings and cleaned the room before we checked out. Wouldn’t credit us for stolen phone charger then claimed we checked out late. Clean facilities for business trip but beds uncomfortable.

    We had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Lakeland. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt fresh and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, making the stay easy and stress free. Breakfast was well stocked with good options, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and safe. For the price, the value was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lakeland.

    Do NOT stay at this hotel. Service is awful - we arrived and were sent to a different hotel because original hotel was under construction. At other hotel, the room condition was gross-it reeked of smoke, dirty counters and appliances, and felt very eerie. We immediately went back to original hotel to check out, and are currently trying to receive a refund from the company, whose manager continually says he'll "reply to email" and authorize refund request for Booking.com, yet never does so.
