  Checked into room 218. Saw a baby roach crawling towards door. Then saw a medium sized roach by window on its back. There was a really weird nasty stain on the shower curtain and my eyes darted towards the inside of the toilet after showering 🤢 thick black ring inside. Room had carpet so who knows what else was lurking. Pretty unacceptable and no compensation from IHG or this property. We are pretty allergic to roaches and had to take an allergy pill the night before thinking it was just dust. Super gross to think about. Staff was nice but this room was gross. Do better!

  I suppose my experience is highly dependent on which room you get, but if it's an even number at the x24 or higher range be prepared to not be able to get a good night's rest. Every day that I was there all week a garbage truck came to empty the dumpster at about 5am and was like a bomb going off. The front desk may not even know this is happening, but ownership/management definitely needs to contact their waste disposal company and have them come at times when people wouldn't be sleeping. I also found some long black hair in the bathtub and on the towels one day, not a big deal but definitely shows a lack of attention by the cleaning staff.

  Everything was fine. Was disappointed they had pancakes (not well cooked) instead of waffles. And not a lot of extras - towels in the room. Was a excellent clean room.
