Coworker had to wait for me to arrive to get their room. Absolutely the worst breakfast I've ever seen at an IHG hotel. Pitiful selection of food and the automated coffee machines take forever, not allowing you to choose how much coffee you get and tasted way worse than the old pump machines. I've never, in the couple hundred times I've stayed at this chain, had to go and buy breakfast elsewhere until now. Toilet paper is the most painful I've used in quite a while. They went with the cheaper pillow option instead of the "touch of down" mix that the majority of IHG hotels have.

When I called them to see if we can get some kind of refund, since we didn't visit on the wrong month, we were told to bad. We were not asking for 100% but something to help. This is a mistake anyone could make. To be charged for a service not received is crazy. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again, I hope Noone does, they are greedy and take advantage of people's mistakes. Terrible customer service and Terrible attitudes. Again, I know it is my fault, but it is a mistake anyone can make, and to be told to pound sand, not great from a huge company. $200 loss on my part, I hope this review helps someone else from losing money.
