  We stayed while attending the Plant City Strawberry Festival. Hotel was super clean and very well maintained. Large room and comfortable bed and pillows that we actually liked. Friendly staff and a very attentive manager/owner. Breakfast (included) was well stocked with lots of the usual options.

  This hotel feels like you at home, Everyone that is Employed here are Amazing hard working people. I mean Everyone, Nodia really is an amazing hardworking young lady, and does everything with a smile. Everyone deserves a raise!! We need more people like this that loves their jobs and are happy. Happy Employees mean Good Management. This will always be a 5 star hotel to me. And I will definitely stay there anytime we go to Florida. One more thing the breakfast area is so clean and neat and the attendants are on top of their jobs. Again thank you all especially Nodia. I love this Place.

  We had a great stay here. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had many hot options such as eggs, bacon, sausage and gravy, pancakes, and oatmeal. The breakfast area was clean and the coffee was good. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area.

  The only thing it deserves STARS for is the location. The front desk lady/ manager, whatever she is, is very unprofessional. and rude. I came in late so I didn't see until this morning that the the bathroom was infested with ants and that the covers on the bed had stains on. Upon calling front desk about the ants, I was instantly met with attitude. And after waiting about 10 minutes, and no one came up. I went downstairs to see what they were gonna do in the process. Y'all worker went in my room without me. Being in the and went further than the bathroom. Because he laid the garbage bags on the bed where my belongings were.unprofessional. then, to be met with more attitude and resistance from the lady at the front desk, terrible hotel, terrible service. And it's sad because the people that were there when I checked in were actually nice people.

  I stayed this past weekend and quite frankly had a great time! Some of our relatives live in Lake Wales, so we are always looking into comfortable stays and loved this one! Firstly, the staff was great. In our case we travel with our dog Cheese (featured in the pictures) and they were very helpful and sweet answering questions about her coming with us, pet fees and all that. The hotel itself is impeccable, they have free coffee 24/7 in the lobby, cookie time from 5pm to 7pm daily and breakfast on-site. In addition to these perks there’s also an executive gym and a pool. We stayed in room 401, on the first floor and close to the back exist. The room was HUGE, ceilings were very tall, and I was very happy the room was also an accessible accommodation. Meaning, if you or a relative is traveling with a wheel chair this is a very comfortable room! The closet was quite innovative, it had a hanger system a bit lower that allowed for the upper oportuno of the closet to serve as additional storage and came with an automated foldable iron system and a traditional laundry bag. In terms of cleanliness, it was tip-top, from the linens to the bathroom to the blinds the entire hotel was impeccable. I was also very pleased because it didn’t smell like any strong chemicals. Breakfast was solid! There are several hotel employees available should you have any questions and fruit, yogurts, cheeses as well as eggs, sausages, oats and waffles are all among the options to eat. It is worth to note that the check-in and check-out processes were a breeze!!! They have plentiful parking on-site too and the location is very convenient as it is a quick connect to all parts of lake wales. We booked via the Chase Sapphire preferred system, which was super easy; following that I also created an IHG Hotel account to accumulate points. The process of booking and creating the account was super quick and simple. I was able to see the points get added to the account on a seamless way. Overall couldn’t be happier and can confidently say I will stay again whenever I come back to Lake Wales.
