  They use to much floral smell on the sheets if you have allergies it not good never had that happen on previous stays

  Stayed a night to rest on road trip, For rest. Pool Heater broken, water freezing, our room had a horrible leak sounded like a stream, no good night sleep. Called manager on duty who attempted to fix it but was unable to. Asked to move room said none available. Couldn’t offer a refund of any kind because booked they a 3rd party. Called 3rd party to complain and they said it was not warranted, I want them to try and sleep with the water streaming. I have video and won’t let me add to this post! Overall bad experience from start to finish!

  Lots of general damage all over the room, wallpaper, trim were obviously damaged. But the room was clean…. Also $15 for breakfast? Ur already a stripped of value hotel chain and then you make it worse by charging people for breakfast, I genuinely think you need rethink this; the buffet isn’t work $7. Ur mixture of whipped heated eggs and cereal and waxed sealed apples isn’t worth that stupid entry fee. Ur greedy corporate. You can easily go to Waffle House for $13 for fresh eggs and bacon and hasbrowns! But this is an insult. You can book a bed and breakfast for $200 and they actually put the value in my stay. You make me hate hotels as a noun and definition. You are the epitome of failing corporate hotel culture. Rip. Also the breakfast room was empty and I will add the only thing that actually stood out was ur STAFF!!! The one thing you did right with this whole experience. Sad to think you guys are a nationwide company WHERES THE VALUE? I paid $175 total for such a sad uncomfortable and then hungry experience. Hideous. If it wasn’t for the fact we were driving for work and just needed a place, but now none of that experience hit the threshold of $175. Good day! Sad

  Rooms was great, big and clean. The breakfast offered was actually good. Only reason I hated a 4 for room bc the TVs are just basic cable. No options to login to a streaming service or at least connect your phone to mirror

  The staff were exceptionally great. However, the hotel has a lot of issues that need to be corrected. It smells bad in the guest rooms. My group of 8 had separate rooms and they all complained about the stench of mold and worn furniture. The rooms need repairs and the bathroom linen needs to be thrown out. There were so many stains in the linen. Unbelievable.
