  Government travelers beware. This place will accuse you of lying and requires a tax form, even though it is not required. It added hours to completing a voucher.

  Dear Manager, We previously attempted to contact the property and requested that a manager return our call to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, so I am outlining our concern in writing. As Diamond members, we expect a certain level of service and accommodation consistent with the standards associated with this tier. On February 10th, we selected your property for a one-night stay. During our visit, we made a simple request for additional pillows due to a medical condition. My husband was initially informed that providing additional pillows was not customary. After insisting, we were reluctantly provided with three pillows, despite having requested four, and the interaction was handled with what felt like a “take it or leave it” attitude. This was disappointing and not reflective of the service level we have come to expect. Given this experience, we respectfully request that all points used for our February 10th stay be returned to our account 40,000 points and as a matter of courtesy leave the 2000 points we acquired fir the stay. The pillows we received were still awful pillows the pillow cases smelled used. We look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter. No later than 02/23

  Very friendly staff and the cleanest hotel over been in across the board. Standard breakfast stuff, but constantly tidied up and restocked. The room was very recently remodeled, and the pool area looked very nice. Would stay here again!

  Extremely disappointed with the amenities in this hotel room. There is no closet and no microwave in the room, which is unacceptable for a week-long stay at this price point. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not include these basic features, so it never occurred to me that I would need to verify something so standard. While there is a microwave available, it is located in the lobby, meaning I had to leave my room every time I wanted to heat food. For the amount of money I paid, I should not be living out of a suitcase and have to hang my clothes on the wall or carrying leftovers through public spaces just to reheat them. These are not luxury amenities—they are basic expectations. This lack of in-room conveniences significantly affected my comfort and overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
