I have always done a tax exempt and sometimes it takes some time to figure it out but the front desk staff is super friendly. Not today, Desiree at the front desk was telling me about how it now has to go through “certified” and I kept asking how is that process. She started being so rude and treating me like I’m dumb and started saying “why do you keep asking the same questions when I already told you” when I asked her if someone in the morning could help me. Awful service, very disappointed.

There was no extra blanket. The sink drained horribly slow. I had to check-in at the front desk after already checking in on the app because I couldn't get my digital key.

This had the highest rating hotel I have ever seen on Hotels.com and we use that app very very regular. It said wonderful and I have like a nine point something rating. OK it’s right off the interstate so if you’re a very light sleeper, you might as well go ahead and get ready. You will not sleep. It’s so noisy. The rooms are very small. Yes it was clean. And the staff was excellent. They was so nice.
