    Under renovation, but our room was very nice. A suite that was clean, had everything we needed. They have not renovated all the rooms yet, but what we did see renovated is beautiful.

    Absolutely no one should stay at this hotel. When we got there the pool area was under renovation. So no pool or hot tub, the construction workers played their music very loud the entire time they were working. The first Room they gave up the television was broken and we had to change rooms. The second night I was there , I moved my sandals and a roach crawled across the floor right next to the bed. I told the managers about and asked if they could give us a better rate. They took my information and said they would have to speak to their higher up manager , and then he. Of course I never got a phone call from him. Never stay at this hotel!!! Unless you enjoy cockroaches , rude staff that overcharge , you and give you the runaround. I honestly have nothing positive to say about this place.

    Had a wonderful stay. Fabulous, clean, quiet room. Great staff. My wife contacted Sharon prior to our stay about our room request for a quiet room with a couple extra pillows and a blanket. All there waiting for us when we arrived and checked in. Front desk staff were in costumes for Halloween and were a pleasure to interact with. Overall completely exceptional stay. Wish I would have had a reason to stay a little bit longer. Next time I will. Thank you Sharon, and kudos to you and all of your staff for everything you do and the way that you do it.

    The only problem we have with the Hampton was the bathroom shower couldn’t be turned on and so we didn’t get a shower the first night and we didn’t know that you they had maintenance 24 seven so the next day we explained it to the manager she sent maintenance up there and found that what we were telling her was correctand she compensated by giving us half off from the room. Other than that the employees were great. the manager was great and the room was nice. Other than the fact we couldn’t take a shower that night.
