We stayed one night. Super convenient location; comfortable, clean room,; friendly, courteous, professional staff. Shout out to Peggy in the breakfast area who, upon learning of my celiac disease, not only offered to toast a bagel for me in a separate gluten-free oven, but also brought out a little to go bag of gluten-free goodies for the road. She was very cheerful and helpful, greeting all guests and making sure that everyone had what they needed.

Kat was so delightful to do business with. Helpful, friendly, and great customer service. The hotel itself could use some work. The elevator was wildly slow took about three minutes to go to floors. The hotel was freezing staff and others were walking around with coats on, it was very unusual. No discounts on the rooms even though the hotel was under renovation and there were some other inconveniences they did not address. The location was incredibly challenging to find the GPS takes you back onto the highway the road does not have a name when you approach it. You can see the hotel from the highway but once you get off the highway it becomes invisible. But kat was five star all the way! The hotel was clean you could tell the staff was doing their best and they were very friendly as well. No bugs no dirt definitely a plus. Overall, the day was great, but the hotel itself either discount your prices or get it up to par.

Just off 75, was an easy stop to sleep in a last minute, comfortable, extremely clean and quiet well appointed room. Complimentary well prepared buffet breakfast (&hot!) breakfast was made even better by having the sweetest hostess Rosalie there to assist! I would love to wake up everyday to her smiling face!! When driving back thru the area tired, we will ALWAYS choose this hotel! My husband and I have already agreed ! Beds were clean, well dressed, lots of pillow options and super comfy. Gentleman at desk in morning was very pleasant as well ! I don’t think I have ever written a hotel review but this one was a surprising pleasure for a quick sleep!!! And needed to give them a thumbs up for doing a great job!!!👏
