However we killed a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning and I discovered several cockroaches in my drink bottle in the morning (so gross!) I left the sealed bottle with cockroaches inside and a note for the staff. They definitely need to bring in a fumigator! Due to this, we would not return.
- ANAno NymousJan 24, 20261.0We actually had a nice stay at the hotel itself — the room and overall experience were good. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined it. We accidentally booked the wrong dates far in advance (about half a year ahead). As soon as we noticed the mistake, we contacted the hotel to ask for a simple date change. This was flatly refused, without any flexibility or attempt to help. As a result, we were forced to make a second booking and effectively pay twice. I fully acknowledge that the initial mistake was mine. However, I genuinely do not understand how a date change so far in advance is impossible, especially when it would not have caused any loss to the hotel. This kind of rigid and unsympathetic policy feels unfair and very disappointing. It’s a shame, because otherwise the stay was pleasant — but the lack of basic customer goodwill overshadows everything. For this reason alone, I would not book here again and cannot recommend it.
