- DDDimitriOct 31, 20251.0Ok this is a real review. I was put in room 106. There were bugs crawling in the bathroom, a strong smell of mold and also a broken faucet. I told the manager about this this morning. I I was told that yes, they know they have some bugs in some rooms (it's Florida after all) and they spray but they can come back. Also the floor was wet, I have pictures of black streaks on the ground from the carpet. The carpet is wet because they flood at some point and that's where the mold smell came from...absolutely nasty! I wasn't offered a refund because I booked through Expedia. But Expedia at least cancelled my second stay. Here are some pictures...I am extremely disappointed that they didn't even offer a complimentary something, anything. They only offered an apology. I'm including a pictures and a video of a bug climbing on the wall. Stay if you want to, but I wouldn't ever again!
