Pros:
-Short walking distance to Disney Springs
-Rooms are clean and comfortable
-Pool area is nice.
Cons:
-Resort Fee. Yes, I was made aware of the fee at booking. I wanted to complete my stay before passing judgement. The resort fee covers items like; shuttles to the park, coffee in the lobby, welcome drink, refrigerator and microwave in room, fitness center, etc. Except for the shuttles to the park, most of these "amenities" are already included at most Holiday Inns. It felt just greedy to charge the resort fee without providing much value. Furthermore, shuttle is not provided to participants in the Run Disney events and they must secure their own transportation to the race. For charging a resort fee I expected a little more included.
-The front desk is disorganized. I booked 2 consecutive stays; I wanted to use a free night certificate as an IHG Platinum member. At check in I confirmed both nights were linked so that I didn't have to do anything else administratively until checkout. The front desk employee confirmed at checkin everything was good. However, on the second day I tried to enter my room and my keycard was deactivated. It was so cumbersome to go back to my room expecting to relax and having to go back down 12 floors to the desk to get it straightened out. When I asked why, they mentioned I didn't have a credit card on file for my second day (but had one for my first day?). I provided my credit card and, instead of swiping it at the terminal at the desk, the employee took it in the back, which made me a little uneasy.
When reviewing my statement after I returned home I discovered I had an additional $125 charge on my statement. I emailed the front desk and they addressed it promptly but I did not appreciate the extra effort.
Make sure you double check your credit card statement here to ensure you are charged correctly.

Rooms were large, but visibly infested with termites. Room service slow and most of the staff wasn't very warm. Even though the hotel is located in disney resort, nothing special for kids, no treats or activity pouches etc. Extra additional charges at the time of checkout was a major turn off too. Parking charges are to be paid separately too even when you are paying to stay on the property. Gaming zone is paid too.

Very nice hotel within a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs for half the price of a Disney hotel. Very nice amenities with large rooms that include a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea maker. Two bottles of water are supplied every day, and we received 2 vouchers for drinks at the bar. Property offers bus service to the parks with a reservation, which was very convenient. Pool area is very nice and clean. Warning - if you have a pool view, you will hear the kids screaming until the pool closes (around 11:00 p.m.). Didn't really bother us, but to some it might. We had a balcony room, but unfortunately if you are sitting in a chair, you will be looking at a concrete wall (some rooms had railing balconies that you could see the view... but most were concrete walls). There are vending machines for all your pharmacy needs and snacks. The only thing we did not like is the restaurant situation. It is only open for breakfast... and for a $24.99 buffet only. It would have been nice to have a small menu to get an egg sandwich or something smaller than a buffet, so we had to go out of the hotel and search for a smaller bite to eat. Disney Springs does not open until 9:00 am, so on days that we wanted to get to the parks early, we didn't eat until at the park.

Personally I would not stay at this hotel again when visiting Disney. In my opinion you are much better off getting a value resort or even better a discounted moderate resort. We paid almost $300 with parking and could have easily stayed at a moderate for that price. We stayed one night because I extended our trip and couldn't add a night to our Disney stay. Never again.
The only thing this place has going for it is location and that it was quiet. Everything else is a hard hard pass. Room was deteriorated and outdated. Mattresses were sinking, bathroom had mold spots, and the carpet was pulling up off the floor. The "amenities" included an old microwave using timer technology (haven't seen this in ages) and a mini fridge that wasn't cold at all at first.
There are no suitcase carts to use here...insane. They said bell services would help with our bags but they were very busy when we first came and needed to get into our room for rest.
I did really enjoy the walking distance to Disney springs and how quiet it was. That was it and the only reason I gave 2 stars.
Don't stay here. Go to a Disney value or a moderate for the same or less price.

I usually rate my hotel stay base on the quality of sleep. And all 4 nights I had uninterrupted sleep and felt rested. The other occupants felt the same.
I booked 2 queen bed rooms. The beds were comfy with 4 feather pillows. In one room, there was enough space for a pack and play for the one year old to sleep in. The black out curtains did block out the lights.
We were walking distance to Disney Springs. We also used the free shuttle to the parks but didn't book our ride in advance the first night, so we had a 7am or 9am option on our first day. There's only one 2 level bus in service for each hour shuttle that pick up people from several hotels. 8am is the most requested time. So book all your rides at once.
Overall, our hotel stay was very affordable and convenient to all thing Disney. Would stay here again. Thanks for the complimentary drinks!
