I really had high expectations for this new ride. I love zootopia but the whole plot here seemed all over the place. I slightly understood the ending but my mom never watched the movie and had no clue what was going on. I usually am laughing or smiling through a ride or show, but during this I had a look of confusion the whole time. I feel sad that I didn't enjoy it and most likely this will be a NOT do for our family.

A brand new show at Animal Kingdom
This is a brand new show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. It has not officially opened yet to the public but they are offering special showings to cast members and annual passholders. We were lucky enough to get in one of these. For those of you who know the Animal Kingdom history, this show has taken over the theater that used to show A Bug’s life. The show’s entrance is to the right as you enter the park and are facing the Tree of Life. The imagineers seem to have upgraded the walkway with large beams supporting nets overhead. The underground preshow part has lots of cute Zootopia paraphernalia like signage for various areas in zootopia and the Pawdora jewelry in the center. It is a little dark but light enough to see your way. There were announcements about every 5 minutes as the showtime approached. You enter the theater and move all the way across (DO NOT STOP IN THE MIDDLE!) the row. The show is 4 D so they tell you when to put on your glasses. The show has lots of interactions like water, air, spray and physical events that are cute, entertaining and allow you to follow the story as it unfolds. If you have people that didn’t enjoy the previous Bug’s Life, then this may not be the show for you. I thought it was a cute, fun and enjoyable show.
