I sincerely enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and I cannot recall the last time I had such a genuinely pleasant hotel experience. Every detail was impeccable—spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were consistently courteous, friendly, and highly professional, which made my stay especially comfortable. I would gladly and confidently recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Orlando, Florida.

After, I drove for 20 hours and 30 minutes to get to this hotel, arriving around 7 o'clock. After a long journey, I was relieved to finally get there. The staff handed me the keys and asked me to sign a pet policy. While reviewing it, I noticed a breed restriction that I wasn’t aware of—apparently, my dog’s breed is not allowed to stay in the hotel. They made an exception because of my long drive, but only with strict conditions: my dog could stay in the room but was not allowed to walk around the facility. This was very frustrating because none of this was mentioned on the website. The website only states a weight limit of 60lbs, but doesn’t specify breed restrictions. It’s disappointing that such important information wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. On the positive side, I really love the hotel. The floor was beautiful, I had two rooms, and the full kitchen and washer/dryer made my stay very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool, and all the facilities were great. However, due to the breed restrictions, I will never stay here again. It’s unfortunate because I truly enjoyed my stay, but breed restrictions are a dealbreaker for me.

No.Travel to FL every school holiday and this is the first time in 12 YEARS of travel that I’ve had to leave a 1 star. We arrived at Westgate Blue Tree Resort exhausted, carrying heavy bags up three flights of stairs—no elevators. The room looked nice at first glance, but within minutes we realized we couldn’t stay. Ants were everywhere. On top of that, there was a faint mildew smell when we walked in. The front desk’s “solution” was to spray the room or hand us spray to use ourselves.NO. We asked to transfer rooms, but they were fully booked and had no alternatives available. The location was nice bc of access to stores and food. Thankfully, we were moved to Westgate Lakes Resort, which was a completely different experience—cleaner, friendlier, and far more welcoming. The staff there made us feel valued, and the resort itself was 💯 % better.

Upon entering the room it looked clean and maintained. However, upon entering the room there was also a strong musty mildew smell. Enough to the point where I sat on the patio most of the time. My husband and I were only spending two nights here and were spending most of the day out so I went ahead purchased an air freshener which helped a little bit. There were ants all over the bathroom sink as well. I also noticed visible rust on some of the appliances in the bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom was fine. The TVs were good sized. The location was great.

This establishment appeared clean initially, but our experience was unpleasant. During our week-long stay, we noticed a musty odor upon entering the room on the first day. A few days later, I woke up to find an insect crawling on me, which I later identified as a baby cockroach via online research. I initially questioned the accuracy of this identification, but a few days later, we spotted a larger cockroach on the floor, which ran behind the couch as we were preparing to depart. We notified the front desk, and they offered to relocate us to a new room, but we declined since we were checking out. I inquired about potential compensation if the insects accompanied us home, and the manager stated that the establishment would not take any responsibility. I would not recommend staying here.
