I try to be honest in my reviews and this has probably been one of a handful that I actually feel bad about. I lived in Leesburg about 30 years ago. Passed this place often and never stopped. Finally decided I needed to go before it closed down. Wished I would have gone back then. There is a lot of stuff in this place. A lot of American history and authentic pieces belonging to various presidents. It’s seen better days. A lot better days. The place is dusty and tired looking. One president has his mustache half hanging off his face. It’s kind of sad. There was a man in there on the day we went who I thought must be the owner his knowledge of everything was so impressive but he said he was not the owner. Maybe a volunteer, can’t really remember what he said his role was. Anyway, he knew a lot about everything in there. Nice man. Happy to answer questions. The cost of a ticket will get you in for the rest of the year. There’s a gift shop but it has a lot of stuff from the Bush era. Like they over bought and are still selling it. The car outside is falling apart. Not sure if the owner has gotten elderly and can no longer care for the place or doesn’t have the money but it definitely needs some cleaning and some care. It’s still a neat place to stop to see all the things and you can’t beat the price of $15.50. Stop b by if you’re going to because I don’t see this place being around far, far into the future. Hopefully I’m wrong and it will be.

This is the best ride in this park hands down. I suppose it’s more of a show but still better than everything else. They change this ride after all presidents. Back in the early 60s me and my buddies used to call stuff like this the ol switcharoo. I love this thing and it had better stay up, the AC the amazing anamatronics, if you’ve never been in here than let me tell you that you’re missing a corn of a golly good time! Even my grandchildren love this informal show. Go to this darn good show or you will be missing out big time.
