The new test track is fun but you can’t design a car anymore. Because it is a General Motors ride there is an add at the end.

Used to be amazing. Now I wouldn’t wait 10 minutes to get on this ride. No more experience of actual testing, no one explaining the new areas, just a car that goes outside and goes fast then comes back in. Huge disappointment just a glorified GMC ad

Test Track still remains a top tier Epcot attraction, no matter what version it is. Yes, I do believe that this will never match the first version, nothing can at this point. However, I do like this new approach that makes test track still a fresh attraction. It’s still thrilling, is still well themed, and I believe Disney succeeded.

Test Track at EPCOT is still one of the most fun and underrated thrill rides on Disney property. This isn’t just a coaster, it actually feels like you’re stepping into a real automotive design lab. From the moment you start customizing your vehicle concept to the simulated testing bays, GMC turns it into a full experience instead of just a queue.
The acceleration section is the payoff. That outdoor high speed loop hits nearly 65 mph and you feel every bit of it. Smooth launch, tight handling, and just enough intensity to make you grin without scaring the kids. It’s fast, it’s clean, and it actually feels different than anything else at EPCOT.
What makes Test Track stand out is the blend of tech and thrill. It’s interactive, futuristic, and still delivers real speed. Great for families with older kids, car lovers, and anyone who wants a break from slower pavilion rides. If you time it right with Genie Plus or early entry, it’s absolutely worth riding more than once.

This is one of my favorite rides at Disney. Some members of my family didn’t like it much because it was harsh for them at some parts but I thought it was amazing. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and it’s such a cool experience. The outdoor segment sounds loud from the queue but once you’re on it you can barely hear the vehicle driving! The part my family didn’t like was inside, there is a few parts that are jerky. It didn’t bother me because you can just hang on to the front of the seat if you don’t want to slide around, but I know some people don’t like that! Amazing ride, 10/10 experience.
