We had an amazing time on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith at Disney’s Hollywood Studios - a super thrilling indoor roller coaster with an incredible launch - the speed, loops, and rock music make the ride very exciting - the Aerosmith theme adds a lot of energy to the experience - definitely one of the best thrill rides in the park.

Amazing launch, incredible music, an absolute classic Disney ride that has remained has a black sheep in the parks for honestly way longer than it should have, and that makes it incredibly special. Made an animated music video of it a while back after hearing of it's closure, will definitely miss this one!

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is one of those rides that hits you in the chest the second you strap in. I’ve been riding this coaster for years and it still delivers that same jolt of adrenaline every single time. The launch is no joke. Zero to highway speed in seconds, full darkness, inversions, loud music blasting in your ears. It’s easily one of the fastest and most intense rides at Walt Disney World. Right now, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster is in a transitional phase as it shifts from the longtime Aerosmith theme to a new Muppets retheme. Even during this hiatus period and changes behind the scenes, the ride system itself is still incredibly smooth and fast. The coaster track, launch, and overall experience remain top tier for thrill seekers visiting Hollywood Studios. The queue area and pre show have always been part of what makes this attraction special, and I’m genuinely excited to see how Disney Imagineering reworks it with The Muppets. If they keep the same high energy soundtrack concept but layer in that classic Muppets humor, this could become one of the most unique thrill rides in the park. If you’re planning a Disney trip and love roller coasters, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster is a must do. It’s one of the best thrill rides at Hollywood Studios and a perfect break from the slower attractions. Pro tip, ride it at night for an even more intense feel. Whether you grew up riding it like I did or you’re experiencing it for the first time, this coaster still holds its place as one of the most iconic high speed attractions at Walt Disney World. Can’t wait to see the next chapter with the Muppets take over.

A fun ride but developed a cough 20 minutes after riding, probably from dust going into my lungs during the 0 to 60 launch. It’s the next day and said cough is still here. Will not be riding again.
