  El servicio de recepción no fue el mejor. Las habitaciones bastante oscuras y la limpieza no muy buena. Si se encuentra a corta distancia de los parques. Cuenta con un servicio de bus que te lleva a los parques pero tiene horarios limitados. Lo que más rescato es el área de la pileta.

  Room was clean and easy walking to Disney Springs. The room temp would not go below 73, which made for quite a stuffy room while sleeping (or trying to sleep comfortably). Informed check out attendant and received apology. Parking starts at $25, just so you know.

  They nickel-and-dime you to death here. You're better off staying at one of Disney's own hotels. They don't disclose the resort fee when you book, they charge an arm and a leg for continental breakfast, they make you pay to park, and the resort looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90s.

  Das Personal war superfreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Disney Springs ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Parken war problemlos. Es gab Kaffee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Und ein Begrüssungsgetränk, Bier/ Wein oder Softdrink nach Wahl an der Bar. Und als Extra gibt es für die Disney Parks "Early Theme Park Entry". Einfach an der Rezeption nachfragen, es lohnt sich.

  Very dissatisfied – not recommended. We booked accommodation for one night through Booking.com. When we decided to extend our stay for an additional night, we were told that it was not possible to do so at the reception and that we had to make a new reservation again through Booking.com. The next day, after returning from an excursion, our room key cards did not work, so we had to wait at the reception once again for the issue to be resolved. At the reception, we were approached by an employee promoting the hotel chain. He persuaded us to pay 75 USD for a tour, which is why we extended our stay and had to check in early in the morning and drive with our own car to the tour location. The agreement was that after completing the tour, we would receive 150 USD in cash and 8 free nights at any Holiday Inn hotel worldwide. The employee was aware that we did not have our passports with us, only personal ID cards, and assured us that this would not be a problem. However, upon arrival at the tour, the staff were nervous and unhelpful and did not allow us to participate without passports. Additionally, we had to wait another hour to receive a refund of the initial 75 USD and then take an additional bus to their offices to collect the money. Of course, we received none of the promised benefits since the tour did not take place, even though the reason was not our fault. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and poorly organized. We definitely do not recommend this hotel.
