Our double stroller was stolen right in front of rainforest cafe stroller lot. We went to report it and they couldn’t care less. Security told us there wasn’t much they could do besides wait to see if it turns up at the end of the night. They also cannot pull footage, even though there are cameras everywhere. When we filled out the report with guest relations they seemed annoyed and little compassion for the issue. There is zero follow up, even though they said we would be contacted within 72 hours after, or immediately if they found the item. We are stuck paying for full retail price for a rental stroller because we didn’t purchase insurance for THEFT. Apparently this is rare but don’t trust security or third party companies. Bring AirTags for everything.

Marlene was not welcoming nor was there any empathy in our whole interaction. I even had to pause the interaction because I felt like she was very rude. I hope no one else experiences this when looking to set up a magical experience
