This is the worst Disney customer service you can get. Kira sold us a Florida resident annual pass even though 10 days later after spending $1,000 our address got flagged for being an RV address. Yes, we stopped reading the fine print because the state of Florida issued an ID with the address we presented to them. We had absolutely no idea that Disney would not accept the address when the state of Florida did. We came back and talked to Peyton who basically told us that we just needed a brick and mortar home address on any legal document and they should accept the address. Mind you we had another address that they also wouldn't accept during that visit. Came back with the legal document and talked to Bill. Bill immediately started reading the notes on our case and basically knew they were never going to accept the new address we were trying to use. He proceeded to ask if we had months of the address or a utility bill. So at this point no one has been straight with giving us answers. No one. Oh and absolutely no one has the authority to give any straight answers. They go behind this door like they are visiting the wizard on Wizard of Oz, then you stand there for what seems like forever before they come back. I'm so disappointed in Disney for not flagging our address from the very beginning. You can't tell me that a billion dollar company can't get a system that flags addresses at the time that they get your money. So now we are faced with do we want a $1 refund or spend $2400 more that we were NOT planning on spending. I guess if you do this to enough people you probably make a lot of money. So completely frustrating and disappointing. I will NEVER return to this "welcome center."
