Had a trip planned for months to stay at at 2-bedroom villa at the grand floridian. Got a call today (the day before we check in) that they no longer have a room for us and they are completely booked. So they have moved us to a 1-bedroom at the beach club. How is that comparable at all? We planned our trip to be over at the magic kingdom. Now our plans are all messed up and Disney hasn’t handle this situation well.

Noah is a supervisor who is completely unprepared to handle delicate and complex situations. This mess that Disney has become no longer seems to care about appointing someone truly qualified—even with the minimum level of preparation—to represent the company.
Noah is just the tip of a massive iceberg: a multi-billion-dollar corporation that is now placing its entire reputation in the hands of a well-intentioned professional who is, unfortunately, absolutely unprepared.
Welcome to a new era without magic—where scripted, rehearsed answers lead to a cold and inhumane experience, and where it genuinely feels like you’re dealing with ChatGPT.
