My recent stay at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the experience was set: the incredible signature scent instantly put us in a great, relaxing, and cheerful mood. It’s a small detail, but it makes an enormous difference. The resort itself is exceptionally well-maintained, feeling very clean and organized. Unlike some other Disney properties, the Yacht Club never felt overwhelmingly busy or overpopulated, which made the whole vacation feel more exclusive and tranquil. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome at every turn. The location is unparalleled. Having an amazing view of the Boardwalk was a treat, but the convenience of being within easy walking distance to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios was a game-changer—no more waiting endlessly for a bus! It's also conveniently close to the Skyliner access, and boat transportation is available if you prefer a scenic route to the parks. The absolute highlight for my children was Stormalong Bay. The pool complex is phenomenal! I was initially hesitant about the sand bottom, but it was actually really cool and felt soft and nice under our feet, a huge improvement over traditional coarse concrete. Between the relaxing lazy river, the fun whirlpool, and the truly excellent waterslide, the kids were in paradise. If you are looking for convenience, luxury, and the best pool on Disney property, the Yacht Club is the place to book. We can’t wait to return!

Always love a stay at a WDW Resort. The Yacht Club is sleek, and fun and Disney all rolled into one excellent resort! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! It was also conveniently located.

This is a terrific deluxe resort at Disney World. It is conveniently located halfway between Epcot and Hollywood Studios and it only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk to either. The restaurants there are spectacular and it has the best swimming pool area of all of the resorts at Disney World.

Needed some change for large bills. Went to front desk. The girl standing there could not do it. She said the manager had to. She went through a door and came back a few minutes later and said it would be just a minute. 10 minutes later, still no manager. We left. That is not Disney service and especially not at a luxury resort such as this.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Nautical Luxury and Disney Magic Combined Our stay at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort was nothing short of amazing. The resort blends classic nautical charm with modern comfort, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed. 🏨 The Room When we first entered our room, I was immediately impressed by how beautiful it was. The nautical theme runs through every detail — wallpaper, light fixtures, wall art — all tastefully done. We had a water view room, and the nightly Epcot fireworks were perfectly visible right from our balcony. Truly magical. There’s a mini fridge that easily held milk, cheese, and yogurt for the kids, and the beds were very comfortable. Some pillows were a bit large and firm, but there were plenty to choose from. The bathroom was well laid out, with double sinks and a separate area for the toilet and shower. The comfort-height toilet was appreciated (no “toddler-sized” toilets here!). The only challenge was bathing smaller children — the sliding glass doors over the tub make it tricky to reach in, especially with the toilet positioned close by. The TV allows casting from your own device, which was great for family downtime. Our room was quite far from the lobby — a long, winding walk that felt like a maze at first! Thankfully, we discovered a side exit with room key access that saved us a lot of walking later on. 🏖 Pools & Recreation The highlight of the stay was Stormalong Bay, the shared pool complex between Yacht and Beach Club — and it’s absolutely incredible. The waterslide was a family favorite. The kids must have gone down 300 times — no exaggeration. The whirlpool area kept them entertained for ages. The sand-bottom pools were amazing — such a fun touch that makes this resort stand out. The lazy river was the only disappointment, as there weren’t any kid-sized tubes available. Hot tubs were relaxing and well maintained. There are lifejackets available, and the lifeguards were very attentive and professional, which gave us peace of mind. 🚶 Convenience & Amenities The resort’s location is fantastic — walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, or you can hop on the boat or Disney Skyliner. Disney buses also stop right at the resort for easy access to the other parks and Disney Springs. At night, they host roasted marshmallows and movies on the beach, adding that extra Disney touch of magic. You can even open your room with the Disney app, and the in-room “Hey Disney” Alexa integration is a fun and convenient perk for families. 💎 Final Verdict From the luxurious nautical décor to the world-class pools and exceptional Disney service, this resort truly delivers. Comfortable rooms, convenient tech, and a prime location make it a standout among Disney properties. 5 stars — pure Disney luxury and magic. Would absolutely stay again.
