  This was the first time my family and I stayed at this DVC resort. There was plenty of room in the two bedroom with 6 people. The only downfall was the wait for the Disney busses.

  We had a two bedroom which is a combination of a one bedroom and a studio put together it was very comfortable we had six people staying in it. With the washer and dryer is quite convenient to be able to clean clothes when necessary. Disney’s Oak Key West is one of our favorite DVC properties. It is a bit older because it is older they used to build their rooms with more space.

  Mixed feelings about this stay. The room was fine, the shower was great (nice water pressure and soaps). As far as cleanliness, it was kept beautifully. However, this must be an older section as doors were missing large spots of paint. As far as service with the staff, there was nothing but confusion. There was an employee who was quite rude to my friend about check in, to the point she had to have a manager (Josh - who was wonderful) brought over. The resort as a whole was lovely and very convenient for getting to parks and Disney Springs. Places to sit and relax. The pool we went to had lots of seating and games for the kids (adults could join in). Overall, a nice stay.

  Our first time staying and we absolutely loved it. The rooms are the biggest on Disney property and the buses were fairly short to and from parks. The front desk employees were so kind and helpful! The water slide was a favorite for our kids. Will definitely be back next time we come to Disney.

  We were facing the highway about 100 yards away. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the speeding cars and trucks. And the traffic noise was a delight to any fan of a stock car racing track. Our microwave was unplug the pond arrival. Only to discover the reason why was a horrendous noise from the appliance and no heating of the food. When I called the second day after I reported this I was told there was no record of my first call to repair or replace it. The kitchen had bare minimum essentials. Lacking any container to save excess food. The coffee packets were not replenished by the cleaning staff so we had none for the next day. I've stayed at a lot better facilities at a much lesser price.
