You do have to use the bus system to go to any park, however the ferry boat to Disney Springs is a great way to change it up. While this is an older resort and some things within the rooms could use some modern updates, the property overall and room maintenance was fantastic. And as always the Disney cast at all locations are fabulous.

That being said, 5 adults cannot fit in the current 1 bedroom villas as advertised. The sofa beds are not good, I had a metal rod sticking into my back no matter where I laid and there was nothing the hotel could offer to help that. The kitchen was great, but the toilet should really be separate or there should be a 2nd toilet somewhere. I would stay here again but with less people in a room and maybe after the renovations take place. Olivias is fabulous and the boat ride to Disney Springs was so relaxing and convenient.

- JEJody EDec 21, 20255.0Key West is all about where you are. This trip we were up front by the main building. Last time we were as far away as you can get from the main building. This matters on how much you want to rely on quick service. Mug refill community events. We like those services. If you fully live in your resort room and don’t need those services then the bank may not matter. Quick service menu is extremely limited but good. Rooms are very spacious and our family was quite comfortable.

We greatly enjoyed the location of the resort as it was located within the vicinity of most parks and Disney Springs. The villa was spacious, but could use some more attention as far as maintenance is concerned. Lots of small things being forgotten and you can tell maintenance hasn’t thoroughly checked our villa in quite a while. It is a fair amount of walking as bus stops aren’t far, but not right outside of your door. No elevators for upstairs rooms so ensure that you remember that with children or handicap.
