Great place! The resort is absolutely gorgeous. Staff was wonderful, rooms were well appointed, comfortable and spotless. The food in their quick service was excellent. This is a older resort but has been well maintained and updated. However, there are no elevators, so anyone with mobility issues would require a first floor room. Also, there are fewer electrical outlets than the newer resorts .Bus service was very good and the resort is on the skyliner route. I highly recommend this resort and would love to stay there again.

Barbados water view rooms are close to the lobby and skyliner (4 min to each), which was convenient. You can tell that the rooms have aged and need an update, but the main issue is the AC unit. It seemed to run nonstop if you’re setting the temperature to 70 or below and the noise is very loud and has an inconsistent rattle. If you’re a light sleeper this can be very inconvenient. The workers I encountered were nice and Sebastian’s Bistro on property was fantastic.

We loved Caribbean Beach!!! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The lobby staff were so nice and helpful. Loved the skyliner!!! Only gave 4 stars for the room because our area had no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. Overall a great experience and we would totally stay there again. Also fun running into a friend who was leaving there as we were checking in!!!

This people are racist and discriminatory. I went to make a grocery delivery which means I’m in the representation of a guest, there was a guest in front of me and then it was my turn. When it was my turn the attendant told me that I had to wait for her to help ALL others guest which keep coming and coming and then she will help me because the guest are first. Like I mentioned I’m in the representation of a guest and I deserve the same treatment of all other people. I could be also a guest in the future so they all HAVE TO TREAT WITH THE SAME RESPECT YO EVERYONE. I asked to talk to the bell services manager and she didn’t care nothing. Not only that when I was on the way to my car there was another attendant that told me with attitude that I had to MOVE NOW. I told him that I was going to move as soon I finished loading my wagon cart. Then I moved and he proceeded to told me that I had to park on the parking lot when I ALWAYS, always parked in the same spot and no one never tells me anything. Then he started to threatening me with security. This is so racist and disrespectful like a person because we all are humans and we deserve the same respect no matter who you are. I suffer from anxiety and this situation made my condition worse

We came back to our room at 1:45 after the first Christmas party to find our toilet leaking from the bottom. Maintenance came and at 2:30 with 15 towels and told us the whole toilet needs to be taken off and resealed and we could move rooms, at 2:30am with 3 kids and a room FULL of stuff. The front desk said we could stay in the room and sleep and move in the morning. Morning comes and this hotel is acting like I want to move for maybe a little spider web being on the wall. They make us check out at 11:00 and wait for a room until “maybe 4:00 because that’s whenever everyone needs to be in their room by” they are acting like I want this! I would let them fix it and leave for a couple hours over packing up my whole room!!!!! And rechecking in. The best part is the manager on at 10:45am on 11/8/25 she kept saying “it will take time to get a room up to my standers. Oh you mean one not leaking from the base of the toilet with water all over the bathroom.” I’m confused. So that’s my day and I’ve added pictures. We come to Disney 3 times a year, this is the first time staying here and the last. Take what you would like from this review just know that if something is wrong, this hotel doesn’t care so for that reason alone I would never stay here again and makes me not even want to come back to Disney. It’s not like it used to be, now if your toilet is flooding and needs to be resealed they’ll act like that’s on you.
