A first time visitor to Sebastian's Bistro and will not be the last. I would rank this Restaurant as one of my TOP 3 places to eat at Disney. The food was excellent!!! All of it was seasoned perfectly for my taste. If for any reason you get AJ as your waiter you are lucky and will be more than pleased with how you are treated during your experience. All the staff seems like one huge family and works together like a well oiled machine to take care of as many guests as they do in a day. Come really hungry to this one because you don't want to miss out on trying everything. The restaurant stays very clean and it was noticed that the staff LOVED their manager as after meeting her she was an absolute sweetheart and poured a LOT of that back into her staff and job position. If you are visiting the Disneyworld Orlando area please don't miss out on this culinary experience.

We didn't stay here, but took the grandkids in for the brunch with meet and greet Disney characters. The characters, 5 Stars 🌟!! These people in the suits do a fantastic job and are greatly appreciated! The food, well, let's just say it was ok. We really expected a little better for the cost, but the experience and joy the kids had was worth it. And we didn't go away hungry, because there was plenty of food to go around. The serving staff also 5 Stars 🌟!! Wonderful and went out of their way to provide special requests from picky eaters. Yes, we would recommend 👌, just be prepared for the cost and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere, along with staff and character interaction.

The resort itself is fantastic. The staff helped to make the stay truly magical. They helped to greet my children and they were able to participate in their different events that they offered. Utilizing the Disney dining plan made it a breeze with planning meals and not having to worry about costs. The quick service restaurant at Port Royale was far above what we had at Trinidad and well worth the short trek. We stayed over the holidays and they even had Santa come visit and he spent ample amount of time with my children making the stay even more magical. I wish we had the ability to plan more regular visits.

This resort was great, centrally located to all the parks, great amenities and friendly staff. Taking the sky liners to EPCOT and Holywood studios was really convenient. It would have been nice to.have the option to use the bus service for.either of those parks as taking the sky liners around closing time is pretty time consuming and the gondolas routinely get stuck floating around. Not fun if you have a fear of heights or are prone to motion sickness. Only down side to the resort itself, is it's really massive. If you end up staying in the Aruba pavilion it can take almost 20 minutes to walk to the Port Royal area where the lobby is.

Gotta say, Im a little disappointed. My whole life literally every company I have worked with and for have praised Disney for their customer service... and I just didnt see it. We heard about excited employees and amazing service... must have missed the boat on this batch of employees.
This was our very first trip to Disney World and thought staying on property at a Disney branded resort would be the way to go, even booked on their site to ensure a seamless trip and paid an extra $250 to have some special stuffed Minnie and Micky dolls with some other special items to be waiting for us in the room to make my wife feel special about our trip to the parks, it wasnt there... had to make calls around the hotel to find it in some closet somewhere and the food included was gross.
Seeing as this was our first trip there we were relying heavily on the hotel, and must say what a mistake that was. The person at the front desk was an extreme disappointment. We were asking questions about where and how we should go about park tickets and what we should do and this person landed flat, extremely short answers with no direction or assistance except when i asked the park hours, this answer she went on about for a few minutes and then at the end of her answer, i had to ask again when the park closed since she hadnt answered the simple question. We were the only ones at the check out desk but this person was not interested in being helpful, just wanted us to not be in front of her. We felt so pressured to go away we had to come back to buy park hopper tickets with wristbands, all of which we had to ask other people attending the resort what we should do with our visit.
The location was good, the transportation was good... probably because they are under park management for planning and scheduling.
The stay was ok, we definitely weren't blown away by anything to do with the hotel. If you are going to use the Skytram, be prepared to walk a good distance... you will be walking an awful lot.
I had mentioned that we booked through the Caribbean Beach Resort website, but when i asked the hotel to extend our stay for a day it was like i was asking for a comped room. The person had no clue what to do and when i spoke to a manager they seemed to have no clue what to do. He even told me to go book it on a 3rd party site instead of they just extending us, so after about 3 phone calls i went to hotels.com and booked for another day at which point i was directed to walk again to the front desk so they could recheck us in for our same hotel room... weird experience, especially since the whole trip was booked on the Disney website and they pushed me to some other vendor to just add one extra day and seemed to go out of their way to make it difficult. Should have been one phone call and the response should have been, Thank you Mr Horton your stay is extended by an extra day.... Whole process took 3 extra hours, where we could have been in the parks spending my hard earned $.
Never seen anything so rediculous from any hotel i have ever stayed at... and this was the final straw. We are Never going to stay at ANY Disney resort. Unprofessional, uncaring, not even a motel 6 would put up with employees like this. What a disappointment... even more accurate, what a Joke. Any time Disney and customer service ever come up again in any circle, especially my business, I will make sure to speak up and say how we should Never use Disney as an example of customer service ever again. Terribly Disappointed.
