  We didn't stay here but visited while staying at another property. Walking around the boardwalk is so much fun and is so cute. I love the idea and theme. It wasn't crowded at all and was easy navigating through it. It's central location is great to get to Hollywood Studios or Epcot on foot. You can also walk to several neighboring resorts to visit and check them out. I hope the location continues to flourish as I saw several shuttered businesses. However, the new Cake Bake shop is gorgeous and has yummy treats, but be ready to pay $15 for an iced coffee with no add ins and the coffee is just OK. Aside from that, if you want to take a nice walk away from the busy parks, this is a great place to do it.

  My favorite hotel at Disney so far. Something magical about this place! I fell asleep on the rocking chairs on the back porch, so inviting. Everyone I interacted with was above and beyond helpful and kind. The theming is so charming, a combo of the heydays of seaside boardwalks and Disney. The villa studio with a preferred view was perfect. Love love the set up with a pulldown Murphy bed and the twin bed pull down in addition to the queen bed. Very well designed. Most of all, I spent a lot of peaceful time sitting on the balcony. They had activities for the kiddos in the big courtyard lawn, you could hear the magic shows, see the twinkling of the lake reflected on Cake Shop, and best of all, see Epcot fireworks at night. It was perfect. Over the holidays, they created a large gingerbread house (and the pastry chef who made it came out to greet folks!). They even had a special pin of the gingerbread house that had a gingerbread smell! So far, it’s the only Disney pin we have that has that. Location between Epcot and HS was perfect. Loved my leisurely strolls and of course, the boat rides as well. Can’t wait to come back!!

  Well appointed rooms. The rooms, as well as the grounds and other buildings, were clean. Service in all areas was quick and effective. Convenient location!

  As a wedding photographer who has worked at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, I can confidently say it offers a truly unique and memorable wedding experience. The location combines classic coastal charm with the magic and energy that makes Disney weddings so special. From the waterfront views to the timeless architecture, the setting creates a beautiful and romantic backdrop that photographs wonderfully throughout the day and into the evening. What consistently stands out is the level of professionalism and organization from the Disney events team. The staff is attentive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to ensuring that every part of the wedding day runs smoothly. Communication between vendors is clear, timelines are well managed, and couples are supported every step of the way, allowing them to relax and fully enjoy their celebration. The atmosphere at the BoardWalk is especially unique. Couples and guests are able to enjoy the surrounding entertainment, dining, and scenic walkways, which adds to the overall wedding weekend experience. From an event perspective, it feels both elevated and fun, creating a celebration that is elegant while still full of personality. Every wedding I’ve photographed at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn has been a wonderful experience, and it is always a pleasure working alongside their team. I highly recommend this venue to couples looking for a wedding location that combines timeless style, exceptional service, and a touch of Disney magic.

  I rarely post negative reviews but this is worth noting: don’t stay here if you’re a young person because they will continue thinking that you’re a grocery delivery person, an uber driver, or literally anything but a paying customer. My mom who is in her 70s was treated with respect and kindness- I assume because they thought she was paying? Incorrect! We were treated with cold indifference and they literally kept asking my husband if he worked here- it was insane. I am never ever staying here again- we’ve never been so disrespected.
