  We are DVC members (since 2002) here and so disappointed. The rooms need some TLC. Service is lackluster. The water was shutoff without warning one day for hours. It is a terrific location. Seems like Disney just doesn’t care. Save your money/points and pick another resort.

  Location is convenient to Epcot, Hollywood studios and Boardwalk. We have stayed at beach club 1-2 times a year since well before covid. They have lost the magic here. No longer should be considered a deluxe resort or villa.

  I have always wanted to stay at the Beach Club since I was a little girl visiting Disney World with my parents. I finally had the opportunity to stay here, and it was the most disappointing Disney hotel. There is nothing luxurious about this resort. You are paying $800/night for the location and pool. The rooms are the same quality as the All-Star Resorts, so if you don’t care about being walking distance to Epcot, save yourself $600/night and stay there. The room had hair all over the shower/tub, sink, and bed sheets. The tub didn’t drain. After talking to the concierge, they found us a new room, but required us to leave our room by 11am, and didn’t provide us a room until 3pm. Since we were going to the park that day, we were out of the room by 8am. This left us without a room for essentially an entire day, despite the fact that we were paying for one. Our new room was just as dirty, but at least the tub drained. The kitchenette sink stunk. And the mini fridge pulled completely out from under the counter any time you tried to open it.
