Nikki made our honeymoon so special. She linked our passes, recommended the correct lightning lanes, mapped out a strategy for all four days, and left us a handwritten note with chocolate covered strawberries in our room. All of this while checking us in at the front desk. She not only made the hotel experience world class, but she enhanced the value of our park tickets too. Like a travel agent concierge all in one.
Walt Disney himself would promote this woman straight to the top. Unprecedented, white glove service. Thank you so much to Nikki and whoever hired her. Our trip would have only been a fraction of what it was without you.

I never write reviews. But I just had to get on and say that Justine on the Wednesday Shift is absolutely WONDERFUL! She is so kind. We love her! Fantastic service from her.
Stayed here in 2022 with my family and it was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, our room was pretty and clean, and it's very conveniently located close to the parks with tram service. Next time we go to Disney, I would love to stay here again.
The two positives about this place are: great location and great pool. Unfortunately, disappointing otherwise. Worst of all was that the room was dirty. Dust bunnies everywhere. Dust on trim, baseboards all beat up, dust everywhere near the bathroom sink, caulking peeling in the shower, very dirty behind the couch. Seems like they change the bedding, wash the floors, and don't do much other cleaning between guests. When I showed the manager the photographs they wouldn't move us, or give any kind of refund, they offered to deep clean the room ( not something we could easily accommodate during our stay with small children) , the staff was generally not responsive ( had to call three times to have my kids bed set up), bell services lost our bag tag and couldn't find our bags ( almost late to airport). We've stayed at the Polynesian and Yacht club and both are far superior to this hotel. Convenient, but for a top Disney resort they should do better.

This is a nice place. Zero major complaints. In fact, the food options were really excellent. There are like 4 restaurants and a market with solid grab-and-go food options. The rooms are roomy enough, fairly well-maintained. However, the power outlets were so old in our room that they didn't hold our chargers so we woke up our first day with our phones dead. They absolutely should be replaced. I went to every single outlet in our room and none of them would hold the charger. I travel constantly for work and use that charger everywhere, so this is absolutely not normally an issue.
The staff was very nice and helpful like you would expect. I will say that when we stayed at the Polynesian - which I believe is the same price - they were more welcoming with the leis and the general atmosphere, but that's not really a surprise. I just wish there was more of a kid-focused theme at Beach Club. Yacht Club, sure, that would target more adult guests. But Beach Club doesn't sound like it needs to be so buttoned up.
Another positive for Beach Club is the proximity to Epcot. It's a sub-10-minute walk to the back entrance of Epcot, which is right by Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, which is fantastic. I LOVE the ability to walk in and walk out, especially when Epcot is a place where there's more food than rides, and if you have Park Hopper, you can easily spend the morning somewhere else and then jump to Epcot for dinner.
Also, the Skyliner and Friendship Boat are great options to get to Hollywood Studios. There are buses to the other parks, which take more time, but are completely free. Overall, the accessibility is great!
Compared to the Polynesian - the only other place I've stayed on property:
- Beach Club has far more food options. Polynesian has Dole Whip and is an 18-minute-walk from the Grand Floridian, but nowhere near as many options as Beach Club / Yacht Club.
- Access to Epcot is as good as any property (Contemporary to Magic Kingdom is similar). Plus easy access to Hollywood Studios.
- I think Polynesian pools are a little better, but there are more at Beach / Yacht club.
