  Me he quedado aquí varias veces y siempre había sido una experiencia excelente, pero esta última no cumplió con lo esperado y varios detalles de disgusto. Nos dieron una habitación de las mas lejanas a pesar del check-in temprano, poca iluminación, el control de la TV se muestra gastado y la tina goteaba, la maquina de bebidas no da cambio y nos entregó bebidas incorrectas Ojalá mejore de nuevo la calidad del hotel, ahora mismo se muestra en decadencia.

  The hotel overall is great for kids. We stayed at the Cars area for six nights, my son loved it! There are several transportation options for the parks and Disney Springs as well. The downside is the breakfast area: lines are always huge and the employees were rude with me and other guests as well.

  A large resort with different Disney animation movies themed buildings. I stayed in Little Mermaid building in a standard room. The room is quite small for the price we paid but we only used the room for sleeping at night as we spent most of the days at the parks. There's cafeteria that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner so thats a plus. The resort has free transportation to different Disney parks. It also has its own activities for kids and a large pool for everyone. My biggest issue and the reason for 3 stars was with the rooms. The walls of the room are super thin so I could hear peeing, toilet flushes, footsteps, cries and what not so being a light sleeper my sleep went for a toss all the days I was there. Woke up tired every morning and struggled through the park visits. If I knew this before I wouldn't have stayed here.

  Disney's Art of Animation Resort is disappointing. The cheapest room was USD$500, booked one month in advance during the low season. Despite this, several basic options are missing, which is shocking for the price. A) No shuttle to the airport. B) The idea is to be close to the park, but the Skyliner is not connected to the main park, Magic Kingdom. C) Breakfast is not included, even at this price. Basically, they take as much money as possible while offering minimal service. 迪士尼动画艺术度假村让人失望。 最便宜的房间在淡季提前一个月预订也要500美元。 尽管如此，一些基本的服务却没有提供，这个价格实在令人震惊。 A) 没有机场接送巴士。 B) 本以为靠近乐园，但空中缆车并未连接到主要的乐园——魔法王国。 C) 即使是这个价位，也不包含早餐。 总的来说，他们尽可能多地收钱，却提供最少的服务。

  From Canada, this was my first time with my 1 year old at a Disney resort. All I can say is that I was extremely disappointed. Staff kept saying goog things about the resort when I called to inquire before booking my trip. My first room had a leak and I was moved to another room where the beds were uncomfortable and the toilet shaked when it flushed. I did not have the patience to request another room. I was there for vacation and not to deal with issues. Disney sure does know how to scam customers. This resort is amazing from the outside with great amenities but its outdated from the inside. Staff were great, they resolved issues in a flash. This was the only good thing. Cafeteria type food at a resort is sad. Same food everyday. I will NEVER stay at another Disney resort again.
