Rooms are cute and recently renovated. The only downside is they are small. One sink. Would be very tight for a family of four to share. Perfect for a single or a couple. The food court was nice! Plenty of seats and lots of options to eat. The location is very close to a McDonald's, Animal Kingdom and Blizzard Beach. Far away from Disney Springs and the other parks. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. If we wanted a longer stay we'd upgrade to a moderate but for a night or two we found it perfect. The one downside is that a lot of youth groups get hosted here. Football, cheerleader, dance, high school bands, etc. They are not always properly supervised.

All Star Music is a hotel with a beautiful musical theme but pathetic organization and problem-solving skills. I was excited to visit Magic Kingdom and take advantage of the supposed benefits of staying at a Disney hotel (early access). Sadly, I couldn't because our buses to the park were delayed by two hours due to a marathon organized by Disney World itself. The worst part was for the visitors: we arrived later than the normal entry time, losing those so-called hotel benefits and enduring incredibly long lines. Instead of compensating us for their mistake, the park forced us to complain so they would give us a measly Lightning Pass. so, how can one of the largest theme parks in the United States be unable to coordinate a marathon and simple buses? - martina from argentina (sorry for my english)

Came for over a week with my family. Housekeeping never came the entire time we were there. I had to clean the room on my own, call for toilet paper, and track someone down for towels. Luckily I had Clorox wipes so I just cleaned on my own and took my own trash out. But it left us with piles of dirty towels our entire trip just in the room. The toilet was absolutely disgusting with built up mold/dirt. The food court was overwhelmed, with half of the cashiers not speaking English. Multiple times I had cashiers turning the screen to me to verify if my order was right, when it wasn't, because they couldn't communicate what they were asking about. The mobile pickup in the cafeteria was always a mess with managers and chefs having to come help them. While I understand this is a value hotel the service and quality was awful. My family loves Disney but we won't stay at their resorts anymore.

I know it's a budget resort but really terrible experience so far. We're on the very far end of the resort so 5-10 minute walk from the desk. Did the app direct check in and proceeded to walk all the way to the room only to find it wasn't working. Walked to the lobby, got a card, and walked back and once again, door not working. Called from their built in phone and they assured they were sending a "runner" to get us in the room sooner and engineering. Runner apparently is more of a walker as it's been 10+ min since that call. I figured the waiting would be at the park and not at the resorts...
