Overall the experience is very good! We went in there right away asking if we can have a bathtub because we were dying from walking 15-23.5k steps per day for 7-Day in a row. After some back and forth the guy made it happen. And oh my goodness were we happy because soaking in a bath nightly really makes a huge difference! Stamps/Post Box: No one had stamps anywhere that I went. I'm talking stores around the area, the front check in desk, etc. but then I finally found it in the store that sells Disney stuff here, they had international stamps you can buy, and a post box by the washrooms. So it looks like the front desk and the stores do not talk to each other. Bus: We were super happy with the buses here, there's a bus that go to and from each Disney parks, just saving on the Ubers alone. There and back each day is worth the money just to stay here, it might be a little bit more expensive than the other hotels, but it's so worth it with the Uber cost that adds up. There's one park in particular. I can't remember which one but you need to take a Uber to get to the ferry to get to the park. It takes a very long time. But buses at any Disney resorts can actually take you straight to the park and you can skip the ferry ride. In the ferry ride usually has a massive lineup. I'm talking a massive massive lineup. That alone is worth this hotel. Food: The food court here was awesome! I love the convenience of it. I don't particularly love the food, there's only one dish that I liked and that was the rice and beef Asian dish. It's one of the more healthier things on the menu. The rest is not really my thing, but they have a bunch of fast food and stuff like that for others who may be interested in that. What I really liked is that they had fridges full of different drinks and sandwiches, we didn't really do it this time but you can buy these things and bring them into the park with you and save a lot of money. They have fruit here which I really loved! It was nice to be able to come home from the parks and get something quick at the food court. Rooms: Like I mentioned we got a room with a bathtub which I really enjoyed, but the bed was not really a queen. It was like smaller than a queen. It was tiny. That is my biggest complaint at the bed sucked 😂 We should have gotten two beds instead that would have worked out just fine. The room was a little small but honestly who cares, we just sleep there. Housekeepers come every other day which is perfectly fine. They didn't mess with my stuff which I really appreciate. The store: The Disney store was great. They had everything that you would need. We needed sunscreen. We end up getting a special puzzle that is so pretty and it has all four parks included. Pins: Give you collect pins or you're a pin person, The store here is awesome because you can only find the dedicated pin per park at said park itself. For example, if you want to collect all four pins from each park, you can only get Animal Kingdom pin at the Animal Kingdom park, and if you miss it and you forget to buy the pin, you cannot buy them at the other parks. They don't exist at other parks. But here at the Disney store they offer all four. So if you do miss it, it's here. And you can also see what the collection looks like which is really nice. I didn't buy it this year in 2026, I didn't like the collection, but I bought a different version in 2023 or 2024 that I like a lot. Hotel: We did have a bad experience. As soon as we went to the door it was locked still and our card didn't work so we had to go all the way back and we were exhausted from a very long day at Universal. And apparently the front desk said that's been happening all day and I really wish they had just walked us to our room then because if they knew this has been happening all day but I get it, they don't have that many staff. The rooms aren't themed but the outside is, it's cute but nothing to rave about. They have a pool we sadly didn't get to use. A hot tub would be a great addition! Overall, I think this place is amazing.

We stayed at this wonderful resort for our day trips into the parks. The resort offers excellent bus service to the park and we we're very happy with the food choices that are offered at the resort. We had Courtney from Azz inn pick us up from the airport and take us to the resort. She had our rooms all pre booked for us and even brought refreshments and snacks for our stay. While at the parks, Courtney had our days all planned out from breakfast with Mickey and friends to dinner with the princess. She was able plan our days around our 6 year princess in our group Meadow. She's an expert at booking the times for the rides and using our fast passes. We had a wonderful time staying at the Allstars movie resort and spending our days in the different parks. Thank you Courtney for taking such good care of us and helping us create such beautiful memories.

WARNING: if you have a 3 PM checking ( everyone does) arrive early or late! I was lucky and arrived at 2pm. Hung out at the pool bar and received a text that my room was ready at 3 on the dot! After drops g off my bags in the room, I took a quick shower and headed to Magic Kingdom. On the drive exiting the resort I witnessed an outrageous line of cars that spanned at least a mile! They unfortunately only have two car lanes for a location holding THREE hotels! It’s wild to me that they don’t expand the entry lanes or at least stagger the arrival windows for the hotels. SERVICE: the service was incredible. This may be a budget hotel but the cast members provide top level service! The lobby attendants were so friendly and welcoming. The pool bartender Mike was friendly and very helpful! And in the early morning they blasted tunes by the bus terminal for Theme barks which really went a long way in making the park day feel magical. AMENITIES: in your hotel room there is a coffee maker with plenty of coffee, and tea, a mini fridge ( no microwave) a hairdryer, premium soap and lotion. There is a pool and a laundry station for self service laundry. There is a gift shop and a really nice food court with a lot of different options for any dietary needs. LOCATION: this resort is right next to Animal Kingdom. And not too far from the other parks, though it’s mush closer to DAK. If your room resort includes free mini golf on the day of your check in, then you are not too far from the winter/summer mini golf!

I stayed here with my husband and mother in law. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. There was some noise in the mornings but nothing unbearable. We know a lot of people wake up early to rope drop. We loved the Murphy bed style so we could have more room during the day or even bring meals back for more privacy and comfort after a long day at the parks. The food was good for any meal or even something quick to grab. Only downfall is if you run out of cups in the room for tea and coffee and you ask at the desk they will tell you to ask the cafeteria and the cafeteria doesnt like handing them out without charging. Our fault for not requesting them to be filled before breakfast in the morning. Overall would def stay here again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share a quick, honest review. The outside of the property and the surrounding areas were beautifully decorated and really set a fun, welcoming tone. But once we got inside, the experience felt a little flat. We stayed in the Toy Story–themed building, and unfortunately the theme didn’t carry through indoors. The rooms themselves weren’t themed, which made it feel underwhelming compared to all the excitement and detail outside. One morning we also had an uncomfortable moment when what looked like a large group of staff (possibly housekeeping) came out of a meeting at the same time. There were probably 20–30 people, and while we understand everyone was starting their day, only one person said good morning. Several others bumped into my family without acknowledging it and just kept talking, which didn’t feel very guest-friendly. There were definitely positives, though. The location is great and super convenient, and the bus transportation was wonderful and easy to use. We also loved the greeters near the bus area in the mornings, they were dancing, playing music, and really helped start the day on a happy note. Overall, the hotel has some great things going for it, especially the location and transportation. If the indoor theming matched the outside and guest interactions were a bit more intentional, it would make the stay feel much more memorable.
