  There was a discrepancy with the airbnb booking and the third vendor, but the hotel front desk manager, Ileana immediately accommodated us beyond what we could ask for. We also requested a crib and they brought it right before we got in the room. Amazing staff, rooms are clean and they make sure that the customers are happy. Will definitely come back.

  My stay at Candlewood Suites Orlando – Lake Buena Vista by IHG was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with genuine kindness and professionalism. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful and comfortable retreat after long days in Orlando. What truly stood out was the attention to detail — from the spotless amenities to the quiet, relaxing atmosphere that made the hotel feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect, close to everything yet wonderfully calm. I’m grateful for the outstanding hospitality and excellence shown in every part of my stay. Candlewood Suites Orlando – Lake Buena Vista has earned my highest recommendation, and I look forward to returning soon.

  this was one of the worst check-in experiences i’ve ever had at any hotel worldwide. i arrived with a fully prepaid reservation, card on file, and was met with hostility and misinformation from the front desk. basic questions were treated as a problem, and i spent almost two hours just trying to get a room key. the property advertises convenience, but the reality is very different: • extremely poor wifi stability • no restaurant, no room service, no food options on-site • no shuttle to disney or nearby attractions • limited amenities compared to other ihg brands • the surrounding area did not feel secure late at night • staff attitude ranged from unhelpful to openly disrespectful the sad part is that nothing here should be complicated. this is a simple limited-service hotel. but the service level was far below the standard of any major brand, and far below what frequent travelers expect. not recommended.

  If i could give zero stars here i would ! Dont stay here at all go somewhere else! Upon checking in staff was very rude, never acknowledged we were ihg diamond elite members , told us we would have to pay 10.00 a night hotel amenity fee extra to cover to have my room cleaned when did that become an extra charge , thats unreal ! So we put our sign on door on first day came in after being gone all day and guess what room never got touched, call front desk guy has a attitude from the start and says if you dont stay 7 or more days we dont come by unless you call us each morning to request clean towels and such , so their stealing your 10.00 a night . Room was dusty floors looked nasty. This will be our last stay here, we were told new management took over here couple months ago and its ran downhill from last stay here before. I repeat stay anywhere but here!

  I just spent the most amazing 6 days here and will be back SOON!! The room was massive with a full kitchen - which was great to come back to a home cooked meal in the crockpot after a long day at Disney!! They no longer have a shuttle to the parks but it still is cheaper to take a LYFT than paying for parking there. The front desk was courteous and prompt to help with anything needed! I was also able to bring my two cats which was amazing and from there I had absolutely no worries just an amazing vacation! Thank you!!!!
