The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. The location is excellent, close to everything, which made exploring the city very easy. I especially want to mention Brian at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Very friendly and approachable, and he made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great experience. We would absolutely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.

We told them we had already paid, but they didn't accept it. The reception is problematic; transactions take a long time because there are long queues, and only one person is working, despite the hotel's location. I wouldn't choose this hotel again when there are so many other alternatives. I sent an email, but I didn't even receive a reply.

- JRJuan Mauricio RiveraDec 22, 20251.0Llevo 5 días en la habitación y no hicieron limpieza, se les hizo el reclamo y dijeron que había que solicitarlo de lo contrario el hotel no lo hace, hasta que les reclamé vinieron y solo sacaron la basura y con eso que habiendo 3 botes de basura solo sacaron basura de uno y dejaron pendiente el del baño y otro pequeño de la habitación, ¡que mal servicio! además de eso cuando se llevaron el bote grande no lo trajeron de vuelta limpio y solo dejaron los otros dos botes con basura. No aconsejo que vengan acá. Adicionalmente les informo que NUNCA se me informó de la forma en que el Hotel trabaja, por otro lado cuando intenté hacer el reclamo respectivo el joven de recepción me dijo que no era culpa suya y no le gustó mi reclamo, sinceramente es llamativo que quien representa la imagen de un Hotel no tenga la forma y manera de tratar un caso de estos, ¿que quería el recepcionista? ¿que buscara a la persona de limpieza y le reclamara por no llevarse la basura? eso le toca a su jefe de área y la persona de recepción esta OBLIGADA a resolver no a cobardamente escudarse en que es otro tiene la culpa. Lamentable la conducta de las personas que atienden acá. No lo recomiendo.
