- GMGina MarksFeb 27, 20264.0This place was clean, safe, and in close proximity to Disney parks. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. However, no one serviced our room AT ALL during our 7 night stay. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. I wasnt expecting service every day, but at least once to change out towels and take the trash out would have been nice

However, when we checked in on the 14th, we were told we would have to check in again on the 15th because someone before us had already booked our room for the day after, we ended up being fine with that because they told us our new room would have 3 beds. (We are a family of 5 so we were pretty excited) However, when we get back to our hotel for the 15th, we find out that management already took our room that we had already booked almost a week in advance, and completely sold it to someone else that day, essentially kicking us out for the night. Thankfully, we found a room, but it was a one bedroom room with a pullout couch bed and a regular pullout bed that was not sturdy and definitely was a safety hazard. Do not come here unless you want to deal with horrible management and the possibility of your own room being stolen, even if you book it in advance. My family and I will not be coming here again. These guys are lucky I can’t give them 0 stars because 1 seems too generous.
