One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, Dana helped me with a disability specific issue that I had very little hope of solving. Very rare I wrote a review but I could not have asked for a better person to handle this. Very impressed with both the service and the result.

Just had our tickets validated by simply the best cast member I have had the privilege of meeting in many years of visiting Disney. Kip was and is simply awesome! Disney found a diamond with him, and should be darn proud of his work. He kept the interaction fun throughout! Kip, you're awesome and began our Disney experiences on the right foot for sure!!

Had a trip planned for months to stay at at 2-bedroom villa at the grand floridian. Got a call today (the day before we check in) that they no longer have a room for us and they are completely booked. So they have moved us to a 1-bedroom at the beach club. How is that comparable at all? We planned our trip to be over at the magic kingdom. Now our plans are all messed up and Disney hasn’t handle this situation well.
