Pop was great as usual (our 2nd time at Pop Century) we were assigned to the 90s building which was a very very far walk from the Main building. It’s not the end of the world however it’s very very far to refill a drink or go to any of the activities etc.
in addition a few of the refill soft drink machines were having trouble reading our mugs on this trip and a few of the soft drink offerings were not in service. In addition most of the other Disney properties have the Coke fusion machines throughout most of the room
Buildings and the main concessions areas. Pop really needs to offer some of the refill stations in the housing buildings so there isn’t a half mile round trip walk to fill your drink mugs. This became very much a hassle throughout our stay because of how far we were from both the main promenade as well as the skyliner. Otherwise the room was great, service was great and no other issues !

Our stay at Disney’s Pop Century Resort was a last-minute decision, and I’m so glad we went for it! I booked a quick trip with my daughter, and we ended up having such a great time together.
We were placed at the far end of the 50s building. While it was a fun area, it was still a bit of a walk to Century Hall and the Skyliner. For our next visit with the whole family, I’ll definitely be requesting a room in the 60s building to be a little closer to everything.
One of our favorite parts was the Bowling Pin Pool—it was noticeably quieter and more relaxing compared to the Hippy Dippy Pool, which we really appreciated after long park days.
The decor throughout the resort is awesome and really adds to the fun, nostalgic vibe. That said, the walls are a bit thin—you can hear doors shutting and carts rolling by, especially early in the morning or later at night.
Overall, we had such a memorable trip and would absolutely stay here again! We are actually booked again to stay here for next year with our extended family. I wasn't able to use the bounce back offer as I did not receive any email about that. I booked our rooms just after a few days after we checked out.

What I love about Pop Century as an adult with a service dog is that Pop makes you feel like a child again. Pop is always full of laughter and good noise and I must say the Cast Members are extraditable...the best! We stay at both Pop Century and the Cabins at Fort Wilderness and actually love them both...so we alternate! The Skyliner also is a plus. And if you get bored with Pops Food you can go to Art of Animation or Rivera. Just a wonderful place to be with so many exciting people to meet and share Disney together with!
ps...the Housekeeping Staff if the best I have ever seen...bar none....in any resort. They are always happy and helpful and do a great job cleaning.
Thank You Disney...Thank you Pop Century for sharing your Magic Pixie Dust on Us

I hate leaving bad reviews but that’s why statistics aren’t reliable: you either review when you really love it or you really hate it. I’m here for 8 days and I’ve been here 48 hours and so disappointed. The advertise air conditioned rooms but you can’t go below 68 degrees or turn the air conditioner on more than its lowest setting. The walls are paper thin: I can hear my neighbors shower, flush, and every word of their conversations. The food is way too expensive for how terrible it is. The staff have all been very friendly, so no loss to stars there. They have all the smoking benches on the running trail around hourglass lake, so when I’m running and trying to breathe, I have to inhale cigarette smoke. There are spiders everywhere, which isn’t really their fault but I dont understand why they can’t just remove the webs when they’re in the way? Nothing in the rooms really work way they’re supposed to. The beds are uncomfortable and itchy. I’m actually so sad. I was so excited to stay here and now I’m looking into booking another place. Although, I did get a chuckle out of the giant cell phone missing a Q and a Z.

Pop Century was a warm and joyful place for our family. Unfortunately, it rained for most of our trip, so we didn’t use the pool at all. We also kept ourselves busy with Park visits, so we never made it to the arcade room either. Those are definitely two amenities I wish we would’ve experienced. I gave four stars for service, because on our first day at the park, the linens were changed in our room, and our child’s stuffed animal went missing. It took two days for them to locate it, and they told us this happens often. Our family travels a lot, and has never experienced this before, so the fact that it happens a lot in the most magical place on earth, where I would assume most children arrive with or purchase a stuffed animal along the way, is unacceptable. There should definitely be more training to keep this from happening at all. Thank goodness they have a high return rate and went above and beyond to retrieve our animal. We were quite thankful for that! My only other note in regards to service, is I noticed that tables were not being cleaned in between guests in the dining room. There was a lot of food on the ground and our table was sticky from syrup left behind at breakfast. It wasn’t bad, just enough to take note of.
