My stay at the Disney beach club has been nothing short of miserable. Here for work and this hotel has made my stay absolutely abysmal. Starting off with the fact that they had booked me in a two queen bedroom when I reserved a one king bed they overbooked their rooms and had no king beds available in which they stated that they would move me into a king bed the next day. The room I was in is that right next to construction on the first floor in which I could hear Banyan throughout the day/night along with kids upstairs running up and down in addition to that I was abruptly woken up with a maid in my room at 8 AM and again when I was in the shower at 10 o’clock, they were both completely in my room while I was undressed and this was extremely uncomfortable. When The said she was brought up it was stated that this was just a miscommunication, However the apology lacked any true empathy. I have now waited five hours plus for my room that was said to be ready at noon today and I need to change and get ready for a work event which I am unable to do.
I dinged the service a star because it was 4:30 before we got a room and we had to accept a 2 queens room instead of a king or wait even longer. Also the room was not cleaned the first day when we returned at 5pm. I reported that the room electrical outlets were worn out but nothing was done about it while we were there. A bad connection creates a higher risk of fire and should be taken very seriously. After those couple hiccups, everything went well.

We were truly pleased with our stay at the Beach Club Resort. The staff were very attentive and when I asked to change rooms to a full balcony (rather than a "Romeo and Juliet Balcony) our request was granted within 45 minutes. The best part of our stay was breakfast at Cape May, which had a plentiful buffet for anyone's desires. I happen to like veggies with breakfast and was surprised to find my favorites. The Breakfast also included a character "meet and greet" which really made the start of our day special. I offer a special tip for ADA qualified guests...Valet Parking is free and really assisted me.
Paid to stay in the larger deluxe room. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable, suggest they replace it with the Murphy type bed. Also, paying extra for that room was disappointing with the amount of space provided. They layout was odd and we ended up with the tiniest balconies that only had room for 1 person at a time. Lastly, the carpet all throughout the resort was VERY worn and gave the halls an odd smell compared to the amazing smell in the lobby. Cape may cafe was amazing and we highly recommend the pool. The only other feedback if any is for them being a family resort I was disappointed that neither beach club or yatch club had a playground for the kids. The closest one was the boardwalk and its locked in with the pool. So if the pool isn't unlocked the playground can't be used.
Our recent family stay at Disney’s Beach Club Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the kind of warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that truly defines a world-class Disney experience.
The resort itself is beautiful, with a perfect location and a relaxing coastal atmosphere, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff—especially the Club Level team. The level of service we received went far beyond expectations. Every interaction felt genuine, thoughtful, and personalized. The Club Level experience is already known for its dedicated concierge service and added convenience , but the team here elevated it to something truly special.
A very special thank you to Ashley from Puerto Rico, who welcomed us in the lobby with such kindness and professionalism. She made our arrival seamless and stress-free, setting the tone for the entire vacation. Her attention and care made a lasting impression on our family.
We are also incredibly grateful to Amber from Venezuela, who assisted us after hours. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, showing a level of dedication and commitment that is rare to find. Her willingness to help, even beyond normal hours, speaks volumes about her character and the culture of excellence at this resort.
And finally, Hope from Conway, Arkansas—our boat driver for the fireworks experience—was absolutely amazing. She made the evening magical, safe, and memorable, adding that extra Disney touch that turns a great night into an unforgettable one.
It’s clear that Disney’s Beach Club Resort doesn’t just offer a beautiful place to stay—it offers an experience driven by people who genuinely care. To the entire team, and especially Ashley, Amber, and Hope: thank you for going above and beyond and making our family vacation truly magical.
We cannot wait to come back!
