We stayed at the All Star Music Resort for the Springtime Surprise race weekend. Our room was clean, as usual. We've stayed at the All Star resorts many times, and the rooms are always immaculate, and the beds are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very low so it was hard to rinse off. The grounds of the resort are always clean and well-maintained. We're always impressed at how manicured the resorts are. We did have an incident several nights into our stay where someone was banging on our door around 11:30 at night. After two knocks, I got up, answered the door, and a young man with a trolley full of suitcases told me he had our luggage. I tried to explain to him that it wasn't ours and he argued with me about it. I told him we had to be up for a race at 2:30am and closed the door. We also had an incident at the Intermission cafe where we waited 30 minutes past our pick up window for dinner and when we went to inquire about our food there were many angry people there waiting. It seemed as though they were just having a bad night and dinner time was buys. Other than that, our stay was great! We always enjoy the All Star Resorts!
The resort was great. The grounds and facilities were clean, great activities for kids. The pools were wonderful. I think the one area for improvement would be the room do not receive housekeeping everyday thus the beds are not made, garage not taken out, floors not cleaned and towels not replaced daily. While on vacation this is a nice service to look forward to. They operate on a schedule, so I had to call ask for towels and service when we needed. With little ones, and while on vacation, this would be nice to have daily. Also the restaurant had many options for food but was the same every day. Maybe a few items that would change daily would offer nice variety.
Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and would recommend with the above items in mind.

I'm a Senior Citizen and traveled with my 25 year old niece. We were placed in Building 5, which had it's ENTIRE parking area, roped off!! There was a Cheerleading Event and over 200 Parking Spaces, were CLOSED to the Guests staying in Building 5. We were FORCED to Park VERY FAR from our Building!!
THIS information SHOULD have been SHARED with US!
The WALK is SUPER LONG and exhausting, especially after Walking ALL DAY at EPCOT! THEN the next day we HAD the same HORRIBLE Walk after being at the Magic Kingdom for 12 HOURS!! I asked to speak to a Manager about this. GLENN was the Manager I spoke with. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that he did NOT provide ANY Compensation for my Cardiac Nightmare! It would have been wonderful to have a Shuttle at 11:00pm, Buses were a VERY LONG WAIT on Wednesday, after Magic Kingdom Closed, to TRANSPORT elderly guests to Buildings 5 and 6. The Restaurants, Pools, etc. ALL CLOSED at 11:00pm - Very SAD to have had a room SO FAR AWAY!
Sincerely, Olga-Lynn D'Ambrosca

The room it self was nice for the price. It had enough privacy for the restroom, a comfortable bed, a table that turns into a bed, tons of storage for clothing and other items and a refrigerator and coffee making. The soundproofing isn't great in the room as we could hear the people next door pretty well. The parking was horrible because they blocked off 2 lots for an event. We were struggling to find parking every night and had to walk far away from our room. Receptions way to help was have us park in the front and walk very far to our room or change rooms. Neither were options that were helpful as we were in a building far from the front and had been in the room 2 days before calling for assistance so we didn't want to pack up and move. The exterior of the building looked outdated and cheap but the rooms were updated.

I have stayed at Disney’s All Stars many times - as well as Grand Floridian, Beach Club, Pop Century, and Wilderness.
During this trip we brought my in-laws who are in their 70’s. They dropped their bags off early in the morning with bell services for storage until their room was ready and their luggage was supposed to be delivered to their room when it was ready to they could enjoy the parks.
Upon returning to their room around 10:00pm they found their luggage was never delivered. My father in-law spoke to a cast member who said their bags would be next and were just on the way.
Nearly an hour later they had still not recieved their bags and they called again. Then they were told that “they were understaffed”.
After another hour went by it was midnight and they still had not received their luggage nor any indication of what was happening.
This kept my elderly in-laws up past midnight after a long day without access to any clothing, toiletries, or their medication.
I then had to walk the length of the resort to the lobby to see if I could get their bags.
I was visibly upset but I did not yell or raise my voice. When I told the bellhop what happened I was told “That happens sometimes.”
Their luggage was sitting on a cart in the luggage room. No other luggage was there except for some that had just been dropped off by other guests. Their cart had a tag with their room number and their bags had Disney barcode ID tags on them.
I understand mistakes and accidents happen. If the cast member had said “we are sorry” and explained what happened in a way that showed they cared at all I would have understood.
There was no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to make the situation right.
I have rarely experienced such poor customer service anywhere and it is even more disappointing that it happened at Disney.
