- MMMs M6 days ago4.0I have an autistic daughter that made a lot of noise and the police were called. I wish the hotel had notified me or asked me, and maybe move the people that were disturbed by her.
- BFBrian FayApr 21, 20261.0Loudest hotel room I have ever been in. Resort plays loud music at 11:30pm. Everyone is very nice but resort seems to be built on not allowing guests to sleep. Will not be returning.
- DMDavid MackeyApr 19, 20264.0For the room, would prefer two full size beds vs the flip down. There was not a set of blankets for every bed. Robes aren’t in the room. The light in the hot tub can’t be turned off. For the hotel, it would be better to have a nice restaurant (like the Riviera). It’s a top end hotel and the food is pedestrian Would really like to have access to actual arrival times for transportation in the app. This is done by uber and Lyft. Seems to be an easy enough fix so people aren’t standing around waiting.
- KCkim chapmanApr 15, 20264.0I really love the Wilderness Lodge. The backstory is it reflects the great lodges of the National Parks. The decor really shows the woodsy and rustic side of the lodges. But, Copper Creek is much more contemporary. Still lots of wood, great old picts, woodsy style mirrors and lamps. So while there still is hints of the justices, the contemporary cabinets and dining tables and chairs are making it feel a bit more generic. The lobby is grand!! The outdoor landscaping is very unique and you can't help but think of the National Park. The food in all venues is well worth trying.

I really have no complaints, but if I was forced to pick something, it would simply be wishing access to parks was a little easier. Boat and shuttle access is great! But I prefer the walking option that e.g., Yacht Club offers to Epcot and Hollywood (Grand Floridian and the monorail hotels are typically a little to pricey for my family of 5).
