- BIBritny IslasApr 7, 20262.0Had a bad encounter with a housekeeping man with white hair downstairs he yelled at me in the lobby for leaving my laundry basket in the laundry room he said I left it in the middle of the laundry room that someone could’ve tripped over it but I clearly left it in the corner of the room there was no need for him yelling at me. He’s just a housekeeping guy not the owner of the hotel. Most of the halls have been smelling like marijuana.

It had standing water once you turned it on. But overall great location and having the kitchen was great. I would probably stay here again.

The event space featured gorgeous ceiling-height windows that bathed the room in natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The flexible layout allowed us to adjust seating easily as our guest count changed. Jasmine at the front desk was wonderful, always ready to assist; the whole staff was great, and Connie, the Director of Sales, was incredibly attentive. Even with this shower being planned from out of state, she constantly checked in, offered help, and even extended our setup time the day before, which gave us such peace of mind. The rooms were spacious with a full-size fridge. I can’t recommend this hotel /venue enough!
