Hammer marks on door entry, dirt all over floor, including nail clippings….top sheets old, with snarls….breakfast area like the worst gas station with coffee stains and general nastiness from entry to exit. Can’t say how horrible. We left less than 10 minutes in room. The photos are not illustrative Wished I photographed everything but this was nasty.

- AMashley madiganNov 16, 20231.0I had the worse experience with the staff here I was informed incorrectly on my check in and check out I paid $89 for 4 hours of sleep while dealing with my dad in ICU in the Village hospital! I do not recommend this hotel to stay while trying to help your loves one in the hospital! Thanks for the response but this was not a day stay I purchased to stay Thursday with a check out for Friday but that is not what happen due to the lack of communication with front desk my check out was the same day I booked it for! So I checked in Thursday and checked out Thursday!
