  We really like our stay here as the rooms are clean, spacious and everything inside looks brand new. Microwave. washroom and fridge is all clean. If you don't like noise and a light sleeper then contact the front desk ahead to ask for a quiet room on the 6th floor. We stayed at the 6th floor and everything was quiet. We told them we are light sleepers. Staff at front desks are nice & friendly. We recommended our friends and family to stay here. Price was good and good value at $94 USD per night in total after taxes on Priceline (best prices found here) and resort fee with parking included. They give you towels and anything you need, just that there is no room services and housekeeping. There is 3 pools, 2 jacuzzi, and access to the bigger resort amenities close by. Great location close to Walmart & restaurants close by. We got a studio room with 2 double beds for 3 adults and 1 child.

  I have stayed here a few times and have enjoyed it. It is right next to the sister properties and you have access to the amenities there. There is also a shuttle that I have not used since I always have my car and can drive over easily.

  Don’t believe the AI generated reviews this hotel is under construction all of the landscaping is dead and it’s about 30 years old with so much deferred maintenance it does not feel safe. We have asked for a refund and they said it’s non-refundable.

  This resort is clean and well kept. It's across the road and part of the larger Westgate resort across the road. They do offer a free shuttle service if you want to go to the larger resort where they have more pools, restaurants, and other amenities. We would stay here again.

  Had a terrible experience here. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived a day late at around 1 or 2 pm to be told no room was ready for us, to come back at 4 pm. Our room was far from the main building, we has to depend on shuttles however half the time was told it would be a 10-20 min wait. I've never been to a hotel/resort where they do not come to clean the room or replenish supplies. But not a single person came the 3 nights we were there. The worst part was that most staff we spoke to didn't seem to care at all when we had any issues or concerns that we brought up. my son called to ask for an extra blanket for example, And he was told they don't give out extra blankets. They only seemed nice when there were paid activities or service. What others said was also true about noise traveling from room to room. And the blinds did not work at all, broke when I tried to adjust them so we gave up touching them at all.
