  I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were dark and smelled of mildew, the bedding was of the worst plastic like quality and did not mix well with the high humidity. The 2nd day our bath tub backed up, we called the front desk and instead of changing our room they said we would have to wait for maintenance. We had theme park tickets and couldn't hang around waiting all day so none of us got a shower that morning, another guest had the same issue the next day. We booked this hotel because of the free theme park shuttle, what they don't advertise is that the shuttle is a bus that picks up at about 10 other hotels so you spend a good 1.5 hours riding the shuttle just to get to and from the parks, we ended up renting a car. The people at the front desk were nice enough but the quality was extremely lacking. It also didn't help that some huge event was going on all weekend in the parking lot next to the hotel so we were blasted with ridiculously loud music from 9am to 10pm. Again, would NOT recommend this hotel.

  The hotel front host is very rule and not understanding, we specifically book this hotel visit Holiday Inn Vacation for a few hours, and was very specific about we need to check in at 800am, she first told us that their check in time is 3pm, and she find out we have a special booking, she proceed to say the late check out that is happening, it is 800am right now, check out is not until 1100am. Either this hist lie about their availability when the booking agent called or not willing to accommodate the book at the time that is scheduled. Very disappointing to say the least. We would not have book this trash hotel if we know the bar of Service is so low.

  The hotel is on the service is horrible . Stayed a total of 3 nights there was no towels or washcloths so I had to go out and buy my own. When I first got to the room there was 2 towels and hand cloths no wash cloths I went to the front desk and they ensured I have them in the room… I didn’t. The next day I left thinking they would clean the room they didn’t so I called twice and advised the room wasn’t cleaned they only brought two towels just towels and took the trash out. I called the front desk and asked for my room to be cleaned because there was an accident the night before I was told they would clean the room.. well they didn’t my last call was an excuse there was no Linen. I will not be staying there anymore

  This hotel is like a motel 6 and I arrived without any notification at twenty dollar resort fee because they had a pool. I would advise if you avoid this hotel not worth being scammed for $20.i h g. I travel a 120 days a year.I will never ever stay in another.I h g hotel AVOID BETTER HOTELS IN ORLANDO AND HONEST HOTELS I disputed $20 fee won't the dispute Will never stay in another ihg how stupid can ihg be for $20 ITS TIME TO PUSH BACK ON THESE DISHONEST PRACTICES BY THESE HOTEL CHAINS RIPPING OF CLIENTS

  Excelente hotel, limpio, nos hospedamos en un primer piso y cero humedad, el mejor precio y es muy lindo, la picina es espectacular y el servicio Excelente, me quedaria de nuevo sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo, además tienen un servicio de ruta hacia Disney, solo son 2 rutas, se hace largo porque pasa por otros hoteles pero igual es gratis y es una muy buena opción
