This is a very good hotel if you are not looking for a Disney resort experience. Compared to other hotels I have had at this price point in the past, the hotel was well worth the cost. Breakfast is not free, literally everything else was good to amazing. When I was trying to book a hotel for one night by the parks, I looked at lots of reviews and was a bit worried. The temperature in the room was perfect, it was super clean, front desk service was amazing, and there wasn't a lot of noise even with a lot of school groups and families staying there on our hall. I would easily return to this place again. Also super close to Animal Kingdom and Hollywood studios, easy to get to the roads to and from the hotel.

We stayed here 4 nights for soccer tournament in April. Great service overall, from front desk, to housekeeping, to restaurant/bar, pool attendants and breakfast attendants. Big shout out to Viviana and Daniela, not only they allowed my boys to get food before breakfast started since they had early tournament games, but they also made sure to refill food quickly and keep everything clean even when hotel was packed with tourists and soccer teams. Any other hotel would’ve run out of food after first hour of breakfast. Only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars, because we had very noisy neighbors and had to complain a few times until got solved, our first night was very hard to sleep but following nights we slept like babies! I’ll be coming back here soon! Thank you everyone for great service!

STAY AWAY! This place is a dump. Looks nice walking in but once you get to the elevators it go it all goes downhill. None of the elevators work properly, You have to push the button several times and oh yeah you will get stuck sometime during your stay. It's a 20 min excursion to get past floor 2. The rooms extremely subpar not modernized at all It feels like they have furniture that's more than 10 years old in here. $11 breakfast. Denny's does better $5.99. They charge you a $40 a night resort fee so that they can hang a tag on your door to say that you did not want cleaning service that day. When I inquire about the $40 resort fee just so you can hang a tag on my door, I was told that housekeeping needed to be requested but they neglect to tell you that during your entire stay. It was pretty much a waste of our money and didn't make our trip pleasant at all.

If I could leave zero star review, I would. They gave up our room 30 minutes before I checked in. Made reservations months ago. had new cc due to fraud. So they EMAILED me at 10pm the night before checkin. Don’t see email while traveling. Only room left is king bed. Had to go buy air mattress. So paying hundreds of $$ to get no sleep. Hotel mgr did nothing to compensate us for this. I find out on day of checkout that similar thing happened to friends staying during same time and they were given free breakfast. After complaining about this on day of checkout, she has to ask supervisor who then just takes $14 off our stay. Air mattress was $40, no sleep costs me more. Hotel is old and rundown. Lobby restrooms have missing stall door and 2nd toilet is plugged and unusable. Room is dingy and smells of mold. Constant humidity caused condensation on everything. Refrigerator isn’t keeping food cold. No microwave. Shower curtain rod poorly installed so water gets everywhere. Horrible experience. Wife stayed here last 3 yrs for this event and it gets worse every year. Terrible hotel. THERE IS A REASON THAT ‘manager on duty’ sign has no name during entire stay.

Booked a seven day stay, 7 months in advance using Expedia with round trip flight from TUS to MCO and back for 11 - 18 Mar 2026. Staff; Diego, Gaby and Gabby were awesome. Upon check in they were professional, courteous and very accommodating. After reviewing my assigned room, I shortly returned to the desk to inquire about changing rooms, which they cheerfully took care of my request. The accommodations in Rm 729 was updated, sparkling clean and offered 2 queen beds with a renovated bathroom. There were plenty of room amenities to meet my needs. The room had an all around inviting feel. The housekeeper Yebetzi was so kind, she always greeted me with a warm smile whenever I saw her. The hotel lobby with it's pay for snack/beverage area had a multitude of selections, to take care of that little craving that hits you when everything has closed. Haizel the server at the "Gulpin Gator" was personable and a true people person. I asked for a lemonade and she suggested a splash of strawberry puree. That was the most refreshing drink, thankful for her recommendation. Over all experience was nothing like the early reviews during renovation and hotel name change. It is right on point now. Cost for their offering were affordable and same as surrounding food establishments.
