There Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!!! They do not care if you are inconvenienced.
My husband and I spent the weekend at this resort. Check in was easy. The times posted were wrong. They do check in 24 7. We arrived and turned on the ice maker. In the morning we woke up to water on the floor. We asked to have this fixed. We asked for them to enter the room if we were not there. They did not enter the room due to a do not disturb sign. We were told they would be on the way to the room shortly. 45 min later we left expecting to come back. Water there when we returned at 830 pm. We called again and told they would be on the way shortly. 45 min later....NO ONE. We called and cancelled and asked for them to arrive and set an 8:00 apt. We arose early showered and waited....NO ONE. We called again, they said we cancelled the morning apt. (we did not) This time they came and we left to go about our business. Again, we came back home and there was water on the floor. We called again Jorge the night manager came. We asked if they would turn off the water to the ice maker. He was the first person to listen to our request. At this point, I did not want to slip and fall. They then came back the next day and actually fixed the ice maker. FIVE TIMES we had to call to have this fixed. Stopped once to talk to management inside. Each time we were kind and respectful. Management NEVER contacted us about our issues. The only time I was contacted by the resort was when I contacted Expedia. They asked for a refund. The resort refunded our resort fees. $170.00
The crew that came and tried to help and helped were nice and friendly. My expectations of response and fixing problems are based on the level of what I am paying. We were staying for a long weekend. Five days. We had unpacked and bought food. At this point, I did not have the time to pack everything up and move to another room with more problems. Customer service is important. Someone Slipping on standing water and injury is expensive. I do not think I will stay there again.

It's fine for the price point. Some good and some bad all mixed in. Solid location and we were in newer building with a great balcony view of the nightly park fireworks. Room seemed well cleaned and price was reasonable. Walmart is about a mile walk away which is great to grab some food for the stay.
Didn't like that the mini golf is $9/person for a rather beat up and easy course. If no one is on it would probably take 10 minutes to blow through. I also get the gripes for the Waterpark being about $100 for a family of four but I'm sure it's not cheap to keep running. The resort is also slightly beat up and probably needs some renovations in certain areas.
After a flight delay walked into the lobby at 12:10am to find a line of 6 people. There were quite a few desk people helping to check patrons in, but also about 4 or 5 standing around laughing and talking. It is not a smooth process and less so when patience is low for lack of urgency.
Our Ubers were also interrogated by security on the way in. Had to show our room key to this gal each time she worked. The others seemed not to care. Inconsistent and a bit intrusive as a paying customer. Most likely trying to limit partying and guests coming in and not sure if I have a better idea, just felt odd.
All in, the reason to stay here is close location to the parks and a cheaper stay than most other places of 3 star value.

I am not sure where to begin , first of all! Upon my arrival I walked into a room completely trashed and dirty. I immediately called up the staff after I been traveling for 16 hours that day and completely exhausted. I literally sat on the dirty floor outside my room for 2 hours while all the guests on that floor practically watched me sit alone and being told from staff oh we are working on it. When in fact I was visited by and phoned up 4-5 different staff members. Your guests and one of your employees was absolutely furious and disappointed with how I was being treated. They then put me in a room larger, which I did not need the space but I could finally sleep. The location seems good if you are visiting Disney or magic kingdom. Rooms are dated but the room I arrived after hours wait was clean. I did not eat at your restaurants as I overheard mixed reviews from people. The second night police had to be called in for a domestic fight. I hope everyone was okay and no one was seriously hurt, but very scary to hear screaming. I don’t think I would come back to the property again. You will need to put a large dose of capital back into your resort in the next 3-5 years. Otherwise, your resort will start moving backwards. Good luck and if you do plan to stay here, you will pay resort fees and deposit. If you are split between staying at a nice hotel vs here and it comes down to saving $250-$300.00. Stay at the nice hotel, if you are traveling a short period of time, no children, or by yourself. Also, beds were very uncomfortable and pillows blew. Good luck and I hope no one experiences what I had to go through the first night.

Horrible service. I went to check into the Towj Center and they did not have any rooms left. Even though I had a reservation and it was prepaid for a month. They offered to move me to the villas which is how much older part of the hotel not renovated and very far from the reason I came, which was the waterpark and arcade area due to having two young kids.
I asked how can they have a reservation that is prepaid for a specific room in The Westgate town center hotel and they said they don’t have to hold a room. They just have to hold a room not the one that you booked.
How is this a real business? I would never stay here again. I will suggest that everyone stay at another hotel instead of this one.
The service was horrible They never showed up, called multiple times and asked them to bring things to the room and they never showed up. I asked for towels I asked for Toilet paper, I asked for dishwasher soap and it never showed up
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to that actually calls itself a resort.
When I was checking in, I spoke with the Front desk supervisor and she said there’s nothing she can do.
Then they both went to the manager and then came back and said there’s nothing they can do about my room. I asked to speak to who they spoke to and after waiting each time they had to go back-and-forth. I was at check-in for about 45 minutes and finally a manager came over and said there’s nothing he can do. At that point, my kids were crying and tired and I had no choice but to take the room Since it seems, all hotels were booked for at least the next two nights due to the winter break
They wouldn’t even give me a refund or a partial refund Or even a waterpark ticket for free for all the problem I had I tried to ask if they would do anything for me and they basically said no

We stayed here 3 nights for Valentine’s Day weekend it was our first time staying here, our stay was AMAZING from the moment we arrived the customer service was top notch! When we arrived I wasn’t too sure where I was able to park to check in, Fabian guided me where I could park and followed me in his golf cart and drove us to the front entrance to avoid the long walk. When we arrived inside the lobby we were greeted immediately and they guided us where to go to complete the check in process. Everyone we dealt with throughout the trip was super friendly and kind. Our room was super spacious and immaculately clean. We had 2 incidents where our bathroom was clogged and they came to unclog it right away, when we ran out of toilet paper/towels and I called housekeeping they came and brought it to us in less than 30 minutes. The amenities are fantastic! We went to the Arcade they had great variety and selection of games, we played basketball we were a bit concerned if they supplied the basketball or if we would have to rent it and they supplied us one for free, we also played mini golf at no charge. The pool and hot tub was fantastic! They even have BBQ gas grills and people were grilling their food. We had so much fun, this place is hard to beat it has everything you can possibly need. They also have a marketplace store that sell essential things you may need throughout the trip, we ended up eating something that gave us acid reflux and we needed some Tums we walked to the Marketplace and was able to purchase it there. Everything is within walking distance and very convenient. This is probably one of the very best stays I’ve ever had in my life! Needless to say we’re definitely returning, we’re already planning our second visit. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, with great amenities, and in a great area Westgate Town Center Resort is the best choice. Highly recommend! Fantastic Experience we’re extremely happy ❤️😊
