- MMMari5 days ago2.0I wish my experience would’ve been more pleasant. The room was nice, the view is not the best, however at check-in everyone was very welcoming and nice. What I didn’t love was the fact that I wasn’t able to enjoy the “amenities” this place has and neither their “neighbor property from Westgate” we wanted to take the shuffle to take a look around the property and their train, checkout the water park and more, but we were not able to since once your check out day comes you car will be towed and won’t be able to stay on property or if you want to see the amenities you would have to make another reservation. That left us with a horrible experience, we choose this location due to their amenities, we paid a resort fee for what? We couldn’t use absolutely nothing!

They are so close to all attractions, always clean, staff is always so accommodating, the properties are gorgeous, & they offer all of the amenities of home! We are already planning our next stay!

Because of her professionalism, kindness, and dedication, our vacation was easily ten times better than we imagined. It’s rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do, and Sarah is a perfect example of that. I highly recommend that she be recognized for her exceptional service. Team members like her make all the difference, and Westgate Towers Resort is lucky to have her.
