- ZLZach LJan 6, 20261.0I very rarely post negative reviews I believe it’s a last resort and I always give every opportunity to make things right. I booked directly on Westgate site for a room with a jacuzzi, I called immediately after booking DIRECT, to inform them we will stay in the parks late and will be checking in around 3am. They said sure no problem and “noted my account” At exactly 3am I was greeted at the front door with the letter below, they moved me to entirely different property. No phone calls, no notice, had they called me the next question would have been, is there a jacuzzi in the room? No, please refund I am driving further and paying more for this amenity. Everyone at the property heard this story, and it was too late I was trapped and scammed. What’s worse is the couch was broken and we asked for extra towels so my guests did not get any sleep at all took them 2 hours (to be fair it was a busy period) I immediately asked for a refund in the morning and left as fast as possible total bait and switch. Every employee and manager heard this story and couldn’t care less. I wasn’t even going to post and just let it go, I just got another charge on my card for $17 a week later. This place is a total scam. Go to Floridays resort same style accommodation and closer to Universal. This place is a joke. That said their working staff was very friendly and I appreciate the staff, management is a joke. No notice no phone calls no email bait and switch !

Esta vez como dueños del apartamento vinimos a visitarlo en su misma cede y esta muy bien concervado, es super espacioso en las dos habitaciones viene con su valcon incluido, tres baños, sala, comedor y cocina en cada cuarto. Excelente quien este interesado puedo ALQUILAR! lo recomiendo!
