  This hotel is like a motel and I arrived without any notification at twenty dollar results because they had a pool. I would advise if you avoid this hotel 80's, not worth being scammed for $20.i h g. I travel a 120 250 days a year.I will never ever stay in another.I h g hotel

  The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing! Everyone was friendly and accommodating! The pool is gorgeous and they offer complimentary towels which is so convenient. No need to worry about drying yours out before packing. Stephanie was so helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had space for 4 avid scrapbookers to get our fix and scrapbook together while we were in town. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Stephanie you were amazing!

  This place is legit the worst. Place is dirty, there are hidden fees that they DONT tell you about and when you ask they say it was on the paper you signed. There is a $20 fee for every DAY you stay there on top of what you initially pay. And I wouldn’t be too pressed about the fees if it were an actual okay place. But for what place is, $20 is legit a slap to the face. The place is dirty, customer service sucks (really bad), wifi barely worked, TV wouldn’t turn on and I could just keep going. This place isn’t worth the money and there are far better places to stay if you’re traveling to Orlando. So please look around before you book at this crap whole. I would never in my life book at this place ever again.

  The good. The rooms were very clean, the beds are very comfortable and I loved the pillows. Service was good, And the pool was warm. The bad The shower was warm at best, usually was ice cold. The tv kept loosing connection making it hard to watch a show. The water pressure in the toilet and shower was pretty bad. And the worst thing in our opinion was the hot tub was out of service. They have a shuttle to Disney free to guests but if you plan on going to universal and Uber if expect a 30-40$ each way uber

  The service and location are okay. However, this hotel is far from the “4 star resort” that it was advertised as. I booked this room for the weekend and could only stay one night due to its condition. I was originally placed in a room on the second floor. However, since the elevator was broken and I had two toddlers and lots of luggage with me, I had them place me in a different room. Outside the room is the “resort” pool which has a waterfall that’s unbearably loud. Inside the room, there’s no light fixture. Instead there’s a switch by the door that turns on nothing. My guess is that they got rid of the lights when they bought this hotel for ‘renovation’. The light sources are a lamp placed haphazardly on the dresser with a long cord that contains a switch and a tall floor lamp that has the switch at the bottom of it. The room had mold. The couch was visibly dirty. The air was musty. The bathroom was filthy from the floor to the tub. We had to allow the shower to run for about 5 minutes before the water was hot enough. There was hair all over the towels. There were no wash cloths provided; we had to use hand towels to bathe. The walls looked like they tried to paint over dirt. No water was provided; we had to purchase it from their store. The table was falling apart. Parking was limited. The room was just dirty overall. This was a 2.5 star hotel at best. I strongly advise against it.
