I hate leaving this review because I have a long history with this hotel. My husband and I stayed here when we got married in 2008 and even though it’s went downhill over the years we still visited it due to the memories and the hospitality. The website no longer reflects the reality of staying here. This year we booked a room for NYE and had the worst experience of all our stays. There is no longer a restaurant on site. They no longer allow late check out (we even offered to pay their usual fee). When they informed us they no longer allow late check out. We asked to extend our stay and purchase another night. They said we could but we’d have to leave anyways, sit in our truck for 4 hours and then return in the afternoon. That wouldn’t work as a family of 5 for obvious reasons. I’m sad to see this once friendly hotel go downhill in not just cosmetics but in service also. The fact that the website doesn’t reflect their actual policies or amenities is very frustrating as well. I will carry the memories my husband and I have made here, but no longer see the benefit of staying any longer especially given that there are many beautiful hotels and resorts in the area that would be more welcoming.

Truly a great experience. Want to say it was a great experience and yet. I had no idea I was so close to a lot of places near by. I want to say that made it much achievable for a lot of travels. Yet at the same time I am glad for the opportunity to have been able to stay here and enjoy the entire experience. Thank you all.

This hotel is the worse staybridge hotel I have stayed . This property gives the hotel chain a bad representation . It is so dated !!! The rooms are old , ugly and are in need of a major renovation . On my first morning stay , I went to have breakfast and at 7:00 am it was busy without enough seating to sit inside the space allowed . My guest and I were seated on a sofa in front of the service desk and was asked to move because no eating is allowed on the dated carpet . The assistant manger Rodriquez asked that we go outside to eat instead of possibly staining the carpet . It was 42 degrees out and the patio was full as well. This building should be totally out of service until modern accommodations can be met . This place is old 🙁🙁

We recently stayed here retaining a one bedroom suite and a two bedroom suite for two families. First, there is no curbside signage identifying Staybridge. Second, GPS had difficulty locating the property because it's in the midst of an area under construction. With our two bedroom suite, the bathroom door was locked. Our daughter and grandson woke the next morning with bugs bites on their backs. The front desk was not very interested and when we mentioned compensation, she moved us to a smaller two bedroom suite and gave us a package of detergent to wash our clothes. In the second two bedroom suite, the thermostats were broken but you could operate the a/c manually. The dishwasher was not properly installed. Every time we went to use it or pull out the top tray, the dishwasher tilted forward, trying to fall out to the floor. When my son turned on the shower, the shower head flew off, barely missing his head. The flatware for a family of four, consisted of two forks, one spoon and twelve knives. Finally, the fabric chairs, sofa and carpeting are laden with dust and who knows what else. Since they only do a full cleaning after a seven day stay, I have to assume that no one stays seven days and therefore no full cleaning occurs. I happen to notice that no vacuum cleaners were seen in the cleaning carts. On an up note, the breakfast staff are very helpful and friendly. Outside of the front desk staff on the day shift (7-4) on Monday morning, the front desk staff were helpful and sympathetic. We have stayed at Staybridge properties in Kissimmee since 2002. The last time was right before the pandemic in March 2020. I am appalled that this property does not have the same qualities of the previous Staybridge property in Kissimmee.

Not in reference to check in & out clerks during stay. This is strictly about this facility mainly our room. Total LET DOWN as platinum IHG members from previous Staybridge stays they are top notch in our business trips & stays so finally getting to take a vacation after yrs of work & travel selected this for our Vacation by App it looks wonderful absolutely NOT. Traveling 32 states in 3 yrs this was the worst IHG hotel by far. From the room to area to the parking lot but I'll just fill in on room. Walked in and it was Smell of mildew. The couch was horrible and only 50% of plugs worked. The front ac unit would not stay running just fan. The back ac unit in room was same. The kitchen was a hott mess I cleaned it myself before going to Publix for weeks worth of foods. But had no coffee had no clean coffee maker I had to clean it . And run dishes thru dish washer. Our bathroom tub was horrible it was with mold and marks on tub area like filled in from cracks behind door when closed was despicable and the towels were up rolled (not a problem) but were sour. Thankfully I took my own soaps, shampoo, conditioner etc as bottles was almost empty. One role of toilet paper on role no back up. The floors was absolutely terrible. Old and worn and dirty. Im still in shock as our several trips and night at Staybridge have been phenomenal. This one was horrible had to go get towels toilet paper and rags. And only had a used half role of paper towels. Bar none first day was going to switch hotels but i took the day cleaned up and we went to store and made it work as had already put 1 weeks of luggage and stuff in room off carrier so had reservations at Parks and restaurants so made it work however will never ever stay again. And love IHG brand specific Staybridge. But not this one. I could go on but point of this is it's at best a 1 or 2 star not what claims. It is all together old and needs updating. I know IHG been in 32 states in 3 years using IHG. Oh and don't fall for the orange lake review or timeshare we got taken for 75.00 and did not make it calling daily explaining why and lost 75.00 but ill say my review has no negativity twards check in and check out clerks they was amazing . And the cleaners helped us tremendously by giving us paper and needed items off carts . Worst vacation ever far as hotel I truly had no idea a Staybridge could run like that..I've had perfection at other Staybridge but most definitely not here.
