  Our stay at Secrets is always a good time. All the themed rooms are so fun! The atmosphere there is such a vibe! From the time we walk in at the front to the end of our stay, we have always had a great experience with all the employees working at Secrets. The girls and guys behind the bar outside and the guys in the club at night, are off the chain and very enjoyable. They bring a special vibe to the place. The VIP girls also do a great job, as well. We have had Lilli as our host, a couple times, and she is absolutely fantastic. She always makes sure we have what we need and it makes our experience even better. No matter when we have visited, whether early in the week or weekends and weekend nights, we have had a great experience. We are always ready to visit again and look forward to our next visit.

  My husband and I just returned from another incredible stay at Secrets, and I had to jump on here after seeing that recent negative review mentioning the bar staff and even suggesting “training or policy changes.” Honestly, I was shocked—because that has NEVER been our experience. We drive 7 hours specifically for the relaxed, welcoming vibe that Secrets does better than anywhere else, and the staff are a huge part of that magic. From the warm smiles at the check-in to the bar teams, everyone is genuinely kind and professional. A special shout-out has to go to Kelissa, Johnny, Jeannell, and Jimi at the bar—these four are absolute superstars! They remember your name, your favorite drink (hubby's Coors Light) and Kelissa has it handy before we even finish walking up, and they treat every single guest like VIPs. We love posting up at the bar for hours, people-watching and chatting, and we see firsthand how patient, attentive, fast, and fun they are with everyone, whether someone’s ordering a fancy cocktail or just asking for ice water--which makes us wonder why Secrets does not have a self-service water station. Kelissa, if you’re reading this, I’m so sorry that one review painted you in a bad light—it simply doesn’t match the reality we and so many others experience at Secrets. You’re professional, quick, and always serving with a smile that brightens the whole pool area. To anyone reading reviews and hesitating: don’t. The service here, especially from these bartenders, is top-notch. We already can’t wait for our next trip! Thank you, Secrets team—you’re the best! ❤️

  I love everything about this place, but this review is specifically about the bartenders. We've been coming here very frequently over the last two years, and have gotten to know all the staff pretty well. They caught on that I'm sober pretty quickly even though I was always coming to the bar to order our drinks. Jimi and I bonded over the sobriety thing big time. Any time I would be ordering drinks for our group, they automatically make me a water too. What really got me though was the day we had a handful of us at the bar for shots, Jeannell mixed and poured out this long line of shots and before everyone had their drink in hand, she leans over and hands me my "shot" with a smile and a wink. I didn't ask for it, but she saw the situation and wanted me to cheers with everyone too. It was sweet and I really appreciated it. They're all great at their jobs but they are also genuinely good people too.
