  Room was not in the best condition. Every time you took a shower it leaked all over the floor outside. Had a really good time but 2 weeks after we got home from our trip we got charged $80 for stealing a fan from the room. I called multiple times and was told a manager would call me back but never did. I told them we flew to FL how the hell was I going to get a fan in my carry-on. Also never even saw a fan in the room.

  Honestly, this was an amazing experience. Although costly, the wife and I had so much fun. I definitely recommend for couples that want to try it. Whatever you imagine in your mind, that's what this place is like. You can have as much fun as you want, or you can sit back, relax, and crack a few cold ones. Highly recommend.

  The Sexy Squad at Secrets Hideaway truly sets the standard. Professional, inclusive, and incredibly attentive, they create a space where everyone feels seen and celebrated. The atmosphere is fun, sexy, and respectful all at the same time. It’s rare to find a team that balances confidence and class so effortlessly. Highly recommend. My Partner and I absolutely LOVE Sexy Squad!

  We have been going to Secrets now for about 3 years and for the most part I can say it has been a very good experience! With that said I have noticed a considerable change in the service provided at this “resort”. Since either new ownership or investors the staff seems to care more about pushing your bill up and not enough care about the experience that comes with such high prices! DO NOT GET THE CABANA….complete waste of money for the service you get. We received way better service from the bar by Janell than we ever received when we committed to spending more money for the “upgrade” to the cabana experience. It was way more of a downgrade in terms of customer service. Their terms are not clear on how the food and beverage must be spent. They charge you $175 for a bottle that cost $30. Guys, I see you wanting to be a higher end resort but your leadership needs to change and so does your policies! I attempted to share my feed back with the manager and outside of a sly smirk, Im fairly certain my voice started and stopped with her! I hope this review helps someone avoid regretting an experience at place that at one time made us very happy! Last note….your DJ change was terrible!!! Cheers

  This is place is amazing on all aspects and we feel so comfortable here . The people are nice and everyone is pretty much laid back . Their club area and other rooms are great and their food is good
