  Stayed here for a week and had the most horrible experience coming in to check in. Worst customer service experience with Zuri at the front desk. We needed to resolve an issue with the fees and this girl was constantly talking over me and my family, had a snarky attitude and very rude & entitled behavior. She also threatened to cancel our reservation over the phone without our consent because she was frustrated. She not only needs more training, but should be written up/reprimanded for this. Never in my life have I been treated like this at any resort. She is not a good representation of your company. I waited 2 1/2 hours in the welcome center while being pregnant and with my 1 yr old, waiting for the owner to arrive because of this situation. The only person that was truly helpful this trip was Jonathan the manager. He helped what he could during our stay and talking to him is pleasant. He helped with any of our necessities that we requested. The other thing I would say is I’m very disappointed with not accommodating me while I am pregnant. I requested first floor because 2nd floor with stairs was hard for me. So you are telling me that there was no first floor available anywhere, anytime during our stay? Even though my husband saw some people given a first floor right after us. The floors were also not mopped and completely dirty. When we first arrived the beds were not properly made. It almost seems like after my encounter with Zuri, she tried to deliberately make my experience worse and gave me a dirty room. I did not appreciate this at all.

  The service was amazing! All staff were friendly, personable and wanted to make the stay memorable. They always answered by text, call or in person; even went as far as to give us their personal stash of condiments when we forgot to get any mustard and mayonnaise. The location was not fancy but had basketball courts, pickleball courts, swimming pool, hot tub and other amenities on site for free! Our room was amazing with a very large kitchen, dining table, sleeper sofa, two bedrooms and bathrooms, and an outdoor living area with a screened in porch. My mom had a room like ours but with a smaller kitchen. Her hot water was a problem the first night but the moment I shared the information via text, the maintenance department was asking for permission to enter for a fix. I would've like there to be more parking options but since we were at the main building there wasn't a lot that could be done. Access was SUPER close to Disney, centrally located to Seaworld, Universal, Disney Springs, Boardwalk and other resorts. Overall, great vacation!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience checking in at Parkway International Resort thanks to Emily. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions clearly, and genuinely made me feel valued as a guest. Her positive attitude and customer service really set the tone for my stay. Emily is a true asset to the resort—thank you so much !!

  Les chambres sont grandes et agréable. Le personnel est extrêmement aimable et serviable. Par contre c’est très sale le lit et le ménage sont normalement fait tous les jours. Nos WC étaient dans un état lamentable avec quelques restes d’excréments. Sur le côté la baignoire était sale il y avait des poils sur le lavabo.
