- WCWayne C3 days ago5.0The rooms are fantastic, pretty much a full apartment with cooking and washing facilities. Great central location with plenty of local businesses within walking distance. The staff are excellent, friendly and quick to help solve any problem you might have. I've stayed there twice in the past two years and will probably return. Each time we had issues with the safe in our room but the staff were fast to respond and solved the problem as soon as was humanly possible. Big shoutout to Tim on security and Reggie the master safe cracker :D for getting our passports and Steam Decks out of the safe after it died. Also the security manager (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, I hope your safe supplier sent another key!). If you want a great place to stay near Orlando, self-catering and close to the parks if that's your thing, Parkway is a great choice. Thank you!

Pros: -Fair price point for good sized suite -You can tell they’ve tried to update the insides of the rooms (newer furniture, cabinet fronts, etc.) and property slightly Cons: -Overall our room felt dirty. The bathrooms in particular. The original fixtures are now nicotine yellow and showers were full of hair and peeling from layers of paint. -Room felt wet and moldy, lots of water damage throughout. -All of the beds were incredibly uncomfortable- full of pits from years of wear and the pillows were all hard as rocks. -The $15 a day resort fee for this place is silly.
