  When you walk into the room it looks overall nice. But the master bathroom tub Was disgusting and it looked like a love Motel tub. The next morning we are suppose to check out at 10am. Why on earth am is the room phone ringing at 9am. I was already awake trying to get ready when the room phone starts ringing. I answer the call and it’s front lobby to know if we need anything. How ridiculous is this hotel desperate for people to check out How disrespectful to call my damn room specially when it’s not even checkout time. We had a 12 hours drive and decided to stop at this rinky sink hotel to rest and boy never again would my family stop at this hotel. Unfortunately I cannot rate it a 0. I do not care to be responded by the hotel. I want to make sure people know that if you are stopping in the area and need a place to rest just know that you will be bothered before check out time.

  The resort staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our experience great! 10/10 for customer service! The staff truly felt like friends to us by the end of our stay. My only complaint would be that the beds were very hard, the pillows over stuffed and the AC unit was exceptionally loud at night. Overall I would stay again and recommend it :)

  This facility has zero option for family washrooms. As a father of a young daughter I’m unable to allow her to use the bathroom without assistance. I don’t wish to expose my daughter to men she doesn’t know. Without a family bathroom option I was forced to take my daughter to the ladies washrooms (note no one else was in the washroom) the staff treated me like a criminal deviant. My daughter deserves to use the bathroom that makes her feel the most safe and comfortable. Sometimes mom isn’t going to be around. It’s unacceptable the reaction from the staff. Suffice it to say if you have children do not stay here. I personally would not book to stay here ever again. “Family friendly”… not at all

  엘레베이터가 없어요. 2층짜리 건물 여러 동이 있어요. 체크인하고 꽤 가야 해요. 보안이 걱정되는 곳이었어요. +) 짐이 많다면 꼭 1층으로 요청하세요. 문제는 들어가자마자 곰팡이 냄새가 너무너무 심하게 났어요. 집 전체에서요. 계속 집에 향수를 뿌려야 했어요. 괴로웠습니다. 겉보기에 깨끗하지만 환풍기나 집 안에서 나는 냄새를 맡으면 오래되었다는게 느껴집니다.
