I stayed here over Christmas break and found it to be a great choice both in terms of location and value. The staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool.
I’m giving four stars due to a few minor comfort issues—the beds were quite firm, the toilet paper quality was basic, and the water pressure in the shower could be improved. Also, I did notice that the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow at times, which could be improved for an even better guest experience.
That said, the kitchen was excellent and well stocked, and the location was extremely convenient for getting around.
I also really appreciated how quiet the property was, which made for a very relaxing stay. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my time there, which was especially important during a holiday visit.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely return despite these small drawbacks.

Beautiful property ruined by hostile and aggressive staff.
The hotel and amenities are great, but the service is absolutely abysmal. I booked this stay for its proximity to the park and was barely in the room, yet I felt harassed to leave from the moment I arrived.
On my final night, my bathroom door locked and I was unable to use it. The front desk claimed they “didn't have keys” and told me to wait until morning. Morning came, and no one ever showed up to help. Despite this massive inconvenience, they flatly refused a simple 12:00 PM late checkout. I was forced to send my family to the pool just so I could rush to pack and vacate the room by 11:00am, I had checked out by 11:16 AM.
I left the room impeccable, yet the harassment continued. When my husband dropped the keys at 11:30 AM, Jennifer at the front desk was overtly aggressive and rude, threatening to charge us extra even though the room was already empty.
From the front desk to the room service staff, everyone here has a "long face" and treats guests like a nuisance. I don’t pay to be treated with such disrespect. This was my first and last stay at this property. Avoid this place if you value being treated like a human being.
😊 You only get one chance to make a first impression, and Orbit One Hilton Vacation Club makes an excellent one.
This recently acquired Hilton Grand Vacations property—formerly a Diamond resort—has clearly benefited from the transition. The updated units reflect thoughtful investment, quality finishes, and attention to detail throughout our stay. Everything felt well cared for and intentionally refreshed.
From the warm welcome by Jeanee to the pleasure of meeting Nadia, the resort manager, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and genuine hospitality. Any requests for additional supplies were handled within minutes, which really stood out.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and inviting, and the location is extremely convenient—just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and a nearby Walmart Supercenter. The pool area is relaxing and well maintained, and we found everything we needed both in the unit and around the property.
Our only notable drawback was the bedding. The pillows and mattresses were not as comfortable as we prefer, and down or feather pillows are not offered at this location. For guests who are particular about sleep comfort, bringing your own pillows may be a good idea.
The fitness center is functional and adequate, though it could benefit from upgraded equipment and additional space—more of a personal preference than a major issue.
We stayed in a two-bedroom unit in the Apollo Building and were very pleased overall. This resort is well suited for couples, families, or solo travelers and delivers a high-quality Hilton Grand Vacations experience.
Despite the minor bedding concern, this is a top-notch facility, and we would confidently recommend it as one of the better Hilton Grand Vacations Club properties in the Orlando area.

Horrible place. Black bugs that fly coming up through the drains. This place also is not handicap friendly. No elevators. They need some serious updating as well. Terrible place!

Rooms are very nice, but on late arrival, we were locked out and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to check us in.
