  We stayed here for 1 night to jump on a cruise out of Orlando and the hotel was nice for what we needed it for. Our room was clean and functional. I docked a star because overall the hotel looks dated and could probably use a good facelift. Also, there was a weird smell in our room, almost musty smelling. Because we were only here for a night, we just dealt with it. The staff and workers were kind and accommodating, especially Carlos! He was great and very friendly / welcoming. The location is close to a small amusement park, food & a Dollar Tree, should you forget something small. Pool looked clean and the area was shaded and decent looking. Avoid the gift shop, it was super overpriced. Breakfast was decent but an extra charge if you don't have it included in your stay. Nighttime was noisey but we had airpods so we didnt really care about that. Overall, it was good for a night :)

  空港から公共交通でこのホテルにアクセスする方法がないことがこのホテルの最大の問題です。滞在中にアクセス方法を発見したので書きます。まず空港からMears Connectのバスに乗りDisney's Polynesian Village Resortまで行ってください（大人16ドル）。そこから徒歩でDisney Transportation and Ticket Centerまで行き56番の市バスに乗りW Irlo Bronson Mem Hwy & Holiday Trailで降りれば（２ドル）空港からホテルまで18ドルで行くことができます。空港からホテルまでのUberはピーク時の時間だと片道120ドルくらいするので、すごく高いです。56番バスはわりと朝早くから遅くまで便があり便利です。乗った感じではディズニーワールドで働くスタッフやお客さんが乗っている感じで治安はそんなに悪いと思いませんでした。ホテルからディズニーワールドへのバスはマジックキングダムへ行く場合は午前9：55発、帰りは午後9：00となりハリウッドスタジオに行く場合は午前11：55発、帰りは午後８：45発となりかなり時間が微妙です。ですのでディズニーワールドへのアクセスも56番バスに乗ってDisney Transportation and Ticket Centerまで行き、歩いてDisney's Polynesian Village Resortまで行きそこでディズニーワールド内各箇所をつなぐ無料のシャトルバス等を使って移動する方が便利です。アメリカの不便なところですが、ディズニーワールド周辺は車専用道路となっており歩いてディズニーワールドに行くことはできません。ユニバーサルスタジオへはホテルのシャトルバスを使っていく方がよいです。部屋は値段が安いので警戒しましｔが普通の感じで特に問題はなく、朝食は毎日同じメニューですが、果物類などもあり大変ありがたかったです。ホテルの近くに小さなスーパーはありますが、そこまで品ぞろえはよくなかったです。総合的に旅費を抑えるならこのホテルはとてもおすすめです。写真にはホテルから各テーマパークへのシャトルバスの時刻表を載せておきます。

  First my arrival to this place was a challenge. The address for some reason took me to racetrac gas station and not to the hotel. The hotel staff helped me with the address and I was able to reach the hotel. The staff helped me throughout my stay. But the room had few issues, I stayed with my family and there were couple of issues. 1. The plug points were not covered. 2. The oven was just placed above the mini fridge. 3. The air conditioner was covered with dust, so much that, it triggered dust allergy to my kid 4. There is no mats to make sure the water doesn't wet the floor in the bath room 5. There was dust over the curtains

  Stayed Saturday to Saturday and had a really smooth experience at this Holiday Inn & Suites. Quick heads-up for anyone booking third-party: I used vio.com and it accidentally booked me as two separate reservations. I was fully expecting to have to switch rooms mid-stay (the worst), but the staff worked it out so I didn’t have to change rooms at all. That alone deserves applause. I work remotely, and the hotel was super accommodating. The Wi-Fi was solid and I was able to get my work done without interruptions. Housekeeping even came in to clean while I was working and it was minimal disruption—they were respectful, quick, and professional. Overall, the staff here was genuinely helpful and made the stay easy. If you don’t feel like going anywhere, you can relax by the pool or the hot tub. Location-wise, I didn’t have a car and my Uber rides to Universal were about 20 minutes each way. Check-in and check-out were easy, and if you have a late flight they can hold your luggage until you’re ready to head out. Shoutout to Victoria for the help—really appreciated!
