  Soooo because I was in a rush from work I decided to go into the Holiday Inn to use the restroom. And the front desk personal stated we dont allow public restrooms as I would have to have a reservation... Please note that I am in Scrubs and came from the local hospital.... I get that due to the increase of sour apples in the area... doesnt mean that I am doing anything bad.. I really just needed to use the restroom.

  ⭐ BED BUGS – DO NOT STAY HERE ⭐ I booked this hotel through Expedia and checked in on Nov 14th. The next morning, I woke up with itchy, swollen bites on both hands. The pattern was clearly the typical bed bug “breakfast, lunch, and dinner” clusters. I am allergic to bites, so I had to take medication that made me drowsy during my son’s tournament. I immediately reported this to the front desk. The manager texted me, apologized, and told me they would refund the resort fee and handle my full refund through Expedia once I returned. When I came back, no one knew anything. The room key they gave me didn’t work, I had to go back to the lobby, and the staff gave me conflicting answers. “Veronica,” the night manager, later said they couldn’t do anything until they completed an investigation—even after I showed her the messages confirming the refund. Inconsistent communication, unprofessional handling, and BED BUGS in the room. ❌ Avoid this location. Not worth the health risk or the runaround.

  I stayed here for 4 days and what an amazing experience I had!! My friend and her mom brought me here as they are loyal visitors and love this location! Now, I know why! I'd like to first highlight some the impactful people I met here. First, I was greeted by Luz (the Manager) and what a great way to start the trip. Super sweet, friendly and welcoming. She accommodated our needs as best as possible and made the entire trip that much better. They offer breakfast option and I highly recommend it. The breakfast is served fresh and the options are delicious for a buffet style breakfast. Then, I met Gina (the Breakfast Manager). What a sweetheart!! Every morning she came to speak to us and it made our time there feel more personable. I also met Sawsan who works at the convinient store next to the lobby of the hotel. She was so helpful. Whatever I was looking for she tried to help me find it. Another very friendly encounter! Lastly, there was Eric (the bartender). He was also very sweet and attentive. Just overall, the team that works at this location truly makes it stand out! Then the hotel in itself, has a pool, jacuzzi, and a gym. None in which I had time to experience but believe me I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying it all out. It's located on a great strip that has stores and restaurants, and it's so close to all of the attractions we wanted to go to. Overall, 10/10 and I can't wait to go back!!

  The property is conveniently located, and the service provided was courteous and accommodating. While the overall stay was pleasant, the guest rooms appear somewhat dated and could benefit from modern upgrades—particularly in the entertainment area, such as newer televisions. Additionally, it would be a valuable enhancement to include complimentary electric vehicle or Tesla charging stations, as offered at other Holiday Inn locations

  I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations.The service was quite poor, and the food we were served was of very low quality — cold, lacking flavor, and definitely not worth the price we paid. We were also surprised to learn that we had to pay extra for the food, considering the overall experience.Additionally, the room was not as described or expected. It was not properly cleaned, and several amenities mentioned in the booking were missing or not functioning. This made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. The only positive aspect of our visit was the location, which was convenient and pleasant. However, everything else fell short of what was promised. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure better service and quality for future guests
