- KKkenny kinseyJan 1, 20261.0Upon arrival first thing I noticed getting off the elevator was a dingy smell. Once in the room it didn’t get any better until someone showered and the aroma of body wash cleared the air. The tissue box had about 5-6 tissues tucked in it. The second night we stayed, we were awakened by a fire alarm at 5:00am. We jumped up, gathered a few things and down the stairs we go with a baby and 9 year old crying. When asked what that was about, I was told, “the cold weather messes with their equipment” Now that I’m Laying here wide awake I’m seeing other reviews talking about the fire alarms as well. I paid 450+ for 2 nights and expected a much better place. The only positive thing I can say is the breakfast was decent. I won’t be back at this place ever again.

This last time we stayed, we were on the 1st floor and close to where breakfast is served. I thought it would be loud, but it wasn't! Breakfast is fantastic and the pools are great as well. My husband and I both thought the beds were comfy as too.
