  As an IHG Elite Member, I stay at many IHG properties throughout the year for both business and personal travel. Unfortunately, my recent stay at this particular property did not meet the standards I have come to expect from IHG. I was in Orlando for a business trip attending the IBS show, and I specifically chose this hotel because of my loyalty to the IHG brand and the consistency it typically offers. However, this stay fell short in several areas. The overall experience did not reflect the quality, professionalism, and service standards that IHG is known for. As a loyal guest who frequently chooses IHG properties, I believe consistency is extremely important. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure future guests receive the level of service associated with the IHG name. I remain hopeful that this was an isolated experience and that future stays will reflect the true IHG standard.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service Made the Stay, Shoutout to Danny! 🙌 We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on S Lake Buena Vista and overall had a really good experience. The service was the standout ⭐, especially Danny. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Employees like that make a huge difference when traveling. 👏 The location is super convenient for the parks and local attractions 🎢🏰, and the hotel was clean and easy to access. Breakfast was solid and kept stocked, which is always appreciated when you’re trying to get out the door quickly in the morning ☕🥞. For improvement: The room could use some updating 🛠️, and of the two mattresses, only one was really usable. The other had a noticeable dip in the middle, which made sleeping a little rough 😬. That said, the customer service alone earns the 5 stars 🌟. Danny really set the tone for a great stay, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

  Where to start. Well I am in location for training. Staying 6 days 7 nites. Off the bat price is decent. Resort fees and parking add up but what can you do. The hotel looks great from outside. It has 2 pools 2 hot tubs waterside and outdoor tiki bar. All great. Now the part why I give only 3 star (i should only give 2) is the cleanliness of the facility itself. Upon entering room you are hit with a burst of extremely strong feet smell. The carpets and floor are not clean. Yes they vacuum but thats basic. When you leave room for day your clothes smell like dirty feet. The AC unit is just ridiculous. Falling apart has rust and looks to be mold inside the vents. They even put an air freshener on the grates to cover up the horrible smell. The paint is just bad. The hallways never looked like they have been either steam cleaned or washed once. My toilet seat was broken. I found food crumbs between mattress and headboard, while sleeping. The doors on every room slams so loud. Breakfast is basic sub par food. I dont eat it. Pool towel size are about the size of hand towels for kitchen. Half the power outlets dont work. I know this is a family resort and is used Alot but atleast clean and update. Now as for the staff, I think the ladies (forgot their names) and young gentleman cleaning tables were the best. Extremely friendly and very quick to clean. So good on them! I know this isn't the hotels fault but if you plan on getting any type of sleep or rest past let's say 6am, ha good luck. Rude rude parents and kids yelling and hitting hallway walls and doors. If I had a choice to stay between these resorts in the cay....I woukd not come back here.
